Our server Jen was absolutely outstanding- she couldn’t do enough for us! Service and food was great. Men’s toilets however were not at all clean throughout the 3 hours we were there with our little boy refusing to go in.

I’ve been to HRC’s all over the world, started by this one and a fabulous experience many years ago. Everything is as it should be at an HRC, but in recent visits this one has completely lost the Hard Rock atmosphere that makes a visit so special. Shame, as back in the day the atmosphere in here was the best…

Food was amazing, however we ordered starters and a main course and wouldn’t have been in the restaurant more than 40 minutes. Our waitress had visited us over 10 times (we began to lost count) asking if everything was ok. Now that’s lovely the first few times, however, it gets a bit annoying when you can’t have a proper conversation without being interrupted every time, and it wasn’t just a passing by ‘how is it’, the waitress would perch her arms on the end of the table while we were eating and stay there for some time. She asked what drink we wanted and because we said the ‘cheapest’ vodka (we aren’t fussy on alcohol) she then again whilst wasting, began to give us a lecture on why we shouldn’t say that because it doesn’t sound nice. So overall the service wasn’t the best.

Overall had a good early dinner. Reservation times were scarce 6 weeks out--> so book ahead! Boneless wings were actually chicken tenders and tbh the chicken had weird texture and flavor. All other meals were enjoyed and server was great.

In Orlando this weekend to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary, and decided to do Hard Rock as a dining option. Michele, who was our waitress, did a fantastic job and was very attentive but not overly so. Just perfect for a mid afternoon dinner.

Started off really good then didn’t refill all drinks, as for desert I was going to order 5 before I got all orders out he had gone. It was my 50 th birthday didn’t sing happy birthday 🥳
