    The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was subpar. Request for steak to be cooked medium, it was served well done which was frustrating having to wait for another. Too much cheese in artichoke dip :( Isis, Jack & Anne Marie we nice and courteous! For them, I'd return. :)

    Food took entirely too long. Reservation was for 8 and food did not come to table until 9:25. First drink took forever to come out and was incorrect. Was told I would get a replacement drink, but did not get it until the meal was over.

    Was pretty disappointed with our dinner. For starters, the bar didn’t have grapefruit juice for a Greyhound drink for my wife. We both got 8oz filets. The steaks were average, at best. We also got the lobster mac and it dried out within a few minutes on the table. Our server was the best aspect of the meal.

    Our waiter was absolutely incredible, Giuliano. From start to finish he made sure we were taken care of and offered us suggestions when needed. He knew a lot about the menu and food over all. He really made our anniversary special. We’ll see yall again to celebrate next year!

    I love this place and it is usually my go-to when I am in the area. They never cease to provide phenomenal service and delicious food. The waiter was amazing. Thanks again for not letting me down Ruth's Chris!

    Ordered a salad without bacon due to being vegetarian. Chopped bacon was still in salad and I ate it and got sick. This is something that should be taken seriously to avoid this and respect peoples food preferences.

    The service was awful. waited 20 minutes after we ordered, which took about 20 to 30 minutes, to tell us they were out of the salad we ordered and they had not started the main course.

    Did not live up to Ruth’s Chris standards for me. Slow service. Staggered delivery of food. I expected much more. Steaks cooked appropriately, Au Gratin was dry, drinks were on par with Outback.

    Nice dinner, little slowly and we have to seat in a very far away table in the back saloon. Not problem for that but was cold the air condition was working at full speed it seem and there was not full occupancy on the tables around. Odd that there was plenty of people waiting outside the restaurante for their reservation and tables however when it was our turn there were lots of tables unused. Also odd that the wine list that used to be one of the nicest star in this restaurant now it is a small paper with 6 or 8 red and white by the glass or by the bottle. Sad to know that there was no onion soup anymore, something that was a milestone in RCSH since ever. WE took the Filet and Lobster and was good, some nerves in my meat piece and lobster tail was nice. the cream spinach was the best of the food. Bread pudding for desert was great. Good and nice dine.

    Fillet meat tasted old. Possibly frozen. Stuffed mushroom with crab appetizer had way to much breading and not enough crab.

    Our Waiters Joe and Joseph were great 😊,The steak and sides arrived in a timely manner. Husband got the Cowboy Ribeye, Daughter got New York Strip with Bleu Cheese Crust, and I got the Stuffed Chicken Breast and all were really delicious!

    Our bartender was new. I think his name was Shawn. He was amazing and he had a great support crew around him. The food was delicious as always. This is one of my favorite RC locations!

    The meal, as always, was exceptional. Huge shrimp for my cocktail, good remoulade sauce, fantastic steak nice and blue, and this cheesecake/whipped cream we split and almost fought over. Jimmy D was a great server, and the decor is definitely "steakhouse" but still fun.

    I’ve never written a poor review in my life. However, the service was dismal at best. The food was good, however, my crab cakes seemed as if they were sitting for a while. Normally they are sizzling in butter. These were dry, although warm. Not the service I expect from Ruth’s. Our server brought water, but never even asked if we wanted other drinks. Didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask if we wanted more bread. My advice is to go to the Metairie location.

    Service started off okay but then our server disappeared or got hung up somewhere else. We had to skip the dessert that was included in the prefixe menu we ordered as we ran out of time and had to get to a show at the Filmore. We should have been able to enjoy the three courses we ordered and paid for over the two hours we were there.
