  "Shuck, eat and be merry" – so says Don Merry who grows these in South Duxbury using green methods. These oysters are salty-sweet, crisp, and clean

• Chatham, MA$3.00

  Farmed in West Chatham, MA, these are a great all around oyster. Medium to heavy brine, full meats with a sweet lingering aftertaste. Perfect oyster for everyone from the connoisseur to novice.

• Dennis Port - MA

  Farmed raised in a sustainable away in the waters of Cape Cod bay, these oysters are impeccably clean with a distant deep cupped shell and a sweet briny finish.

• Cotuit - MA

  These are spawn from wild oysters, with the unique emerald green shells and pronounced spikes surrounding the outer edge. Moderate brine with sweet, creamy finish. Bored for their plump, firm meats

• Great Island - MA

  Harvested in oyster beds along Cape cod's wellfleet harbor. These oysters are moderately briny, with mild mineral & oceanic flavors

• Pleasant bay - MA

  Grown on the outer Cape, these large oysters taste like the ocean and are almost as salty. They feature deep cups with cream colored, plump meats with sweet, creamy finish.
