   The food was good but the service was horrible! Waiter didn’t come back to table and was sarcastic when he took our order!

   The food was disappointing. I ordered a Reuben sandwich that was supposed to be grilled and was toasted and soggy. French fries were cold. The cheesecake was OK. The restaurant is a tourist trap. I won’t be back.

   It’s always a treat to visit Brooklyn Diner. Every customer is greeted with warmth and humor. The food is delicious classic diner fare and the ambiance is just so New York.

   The food is pretty basic, the juice is fine. The place is nice and feels very New York Great location but service and food is just ok. Nothing to rave about or go back to.

   First time there - great menu! The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and very gracious. Nice walk from Broadway following a matinee.

   They went above and beyond to honor our reservation time, providing prompt and friendly service. The food had a delicious homemade touch that made the whole experience feel warm and authentic. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to NYC!

    It was ok. Burger was too small. Pastrami was INCREDIBLY juicy and delicious but meat quantity was lacking
