    I drove in from Temecula California to celebrate my best friend’s 40th birthday. Initially everything was great. However, it very quickly went downhill. I ordered a blackberry mule and my friend’s husband ordered an iced tea at the beginning of the meal. Neither of these drinks ever arrived. I tried to remind the server twice and my questions weren’t even acknowledged. When the food came out, both the chicken in my pasta dish and my friend’s husband’s chicken Parmesan were cold. This is not the caliber of experience I expect when I am paying $200+ for a meal and driving 5 hours to get there. A complete disappointment.

    Went to Bottiglia for our anniversary. The Good: we were able to be seated well before our reservation; husband’s dish (baked gnocchi) was hot and delicious; cocktails were great! The Not So Good: my lobster ravioli was not hot throughout; noise was off the charts; service was slow, although the fellow shadowing our main server was attentive. In all fairness, our main server had some large parties in addition to us.

    While we enjoyed our dining experience at Bottiglia -- service was great and the food very good -- the TVs being on during the entire meal was distracting, and not necessary. It is not a sports bar, so not sure why they were even on many walls.

    Started off with a positive note but then went down hill from there. Menu was pedestrian at best and our server was rushed and seemed irritated when I asked for a cocktail (which took a really long time) and that continued throughout. Great meatballs appetizer but a terrible shrimp fet and again, felt the server was irritated because I asked for shrimp instead of chicken like she was doing me a favor by substituting. Then it took a long time only to have the shrimp seriously overcooked. My date's entre was excellent she said but really felt like I should be apologizing the whole time. Won't be back, obviously.

    As soon as we walk in and turn the corner the atmosphere completely lightens up from the rest of the casino! Food was amazing, everything was flavorful and worth it. The service was nice and light, brought what we needed and wanted and left us to dine!

    It was a delightful brunch - we sat on the patio, the service was swift and supportive and the food was delicious. We can recommend the prosecco - light and crisp. When we are again in Vegas we will return!

    Quality of food drastically deteriorated. My Calif Eggs Benedict used to be served with whole oven roasted small potatoes and sliced avocado - this time potatoes were cut-up, heavily salted & tasted like they were frozen; avocado was guacamole style like added with sour cream. Other entree was $49 Chilean Sea Bass - used to be always 1 inch thick - this time only 1/4 inch thick. Service no change always exceptional

    Great food. There was four of us. Three had the Chicken Parmigiana and one the Short Ribs, all delicious. The Calamari for appetizer was excellent. Cheesecake and Cannoli for dessert so good. Sunday evenings from 400PM - 700PM buy one entree get one free for age group over 55. Great deal!!

    Our first server was incredibly dull, she had no energy and did not seem happy to be there. We moved tables so we could sit at a booth, and our next server was more lively so we liked him. Food overall tasted fine but one of our orders came out incorrectly - my friend ordered the eggs benedict, substituted the prosciutto for turkey and bacon, but instead she got the turkey panini. While waiting for her food, the rest of ours came out and even though we tried to eat slowly, her food arrived after we were almost done. Also the music was extremely loud I’ve eaten here for dinner and have been impressed, but not so much with brunch

    We always come here for brunch for the Lobster Benedict. So disappointed last Sunday. We got an egg that was hard boiled and not runny instead of poached. No ham. The sauce was bland needed salt. Potatoes were very dry. Our server did comp us but she was not the best server we have had here. We had to ask for coffee refills and mimosa refills. We will try one more time and hopefully the chef won’t take shortcuts.

    Great food as usual and our server was excellent. We ordered the braised spare ribs, chicken marsala, kids spaghetti, grilled octopus and ceaser salad. Very well prepared. The only thing that bothered me was when I asked the hostess for a booth seating (which was requested on the reservation) she replied that they were cleaning the tables. The party she sat right after us was seated at a booth. And there was 3 available cleaned booths before we sat down. Note, there was 3 in our party and 4 in their party. Now that put a sour taste in my mouth!!! My husband looked at me and knew I was annoyed.

    We were seated in the very back of the restaurant by the kitchen. Our server was very nice but was very much too busy. our food was good, but pricey for the potions. The worst part was the the bottle of wine our friend ordered was crazy over priced. The mark up was outrageous . It was so loud we couldn't have much conversation. Overall would I go back? Yes but would request a different location, and probably only have just a glass of wine.
