   I've been wanting to try Bottiglia for a long time and when a friend came in from out of town we booked a reservation and wow, it was more than I expected or hoped for. Everything was exceptional, the food, service, cocktails, and entertainment. I can not recommend this restaurant more highly. Be sure and book a reservation because it is very busy. Next time I will request to eat at the patio. Try this place, you will not be disappointed.

   Yesterday was my first time coming back at Bottiglia after a while, I was there with my husband and two other friends. I met for the first time chef Alessandro Capuano, he came to our table and advised us on some dishes to chose from, and let me tell you, we loved his food so much that I made another reservation to go back in a week. Chef Alessandro is very humble, friendly and kind, he cooks authentic Italian food and it is delicious (coming from a 💯 Italian like me, being very picky about Italian food in vegas it’s a big deal.) I have to say that I didn’t like very much the food at Bottiglia before chef Alessandro, in fact the food and taste was not the same, was not real Italian. Thank you Bottiglia for hiring such a talented chef so we can all enjoy his authentic, Italian specialties.

   First time there, we availed of the date night promo pre-fixed dinner. The choices were reasonable, the portions were generous. The chicken parm was a tad dry, the braised ribs were very tender.

   We always enjoy our time here. Jade is such a friendly server. Very attentive. I personally had the salmon and it was delicious.

   Kyle our server provided excellent service! The hostess Annalis provided prompt seating! A very positive dining experience, the staff was wonderful!

   Overall, we love Bottiglia, and the food is always good, but last night, the Veal was tough and had no flavor at all. I won't be ordering the Veal again.

   I unfortunately don’t recall our servers name but he was exceptional. He was observant, consistent, friendly and quick. My water class was never more than half empty! An exceptional experience.

   Music was annoyingly loud making the customers talk more loudly to be heard. Service and food was very good and reasonably priced. Will not return however due to the loud environment.

    We usually have great food. Tonight it was not. Caesar salad was tasteless. I got the $52.00 fish dish. What a disappointment. It tasted too fishy to be fresh. Couldn’t eat it. Ate the risotto instead. Person at our table had the chicken piccata, again it was bland Not a good experience tonight
