Went for my birthday. My husband and I did the Clásico tasting menu - delightful! Great service and we loved all menu items except the flan - wasn’t a hit for us - would recommend trying their other dessert - looked good. Cocktails were great. Be careful - booked an outside table and immediately started being eaten by mosquitos and had to ask to be moved inside which luckily they were able to accommodate. If you want to sit outside - bring the spray! The mushrooms with venison, the oysters and the foie gras were out favorites!

The restaurant is definitively not vegan (it says so clearly on the website). That is my bad for not checking! My husband is vegan, and was prepared to not eat anything (he’s used to it in Miami 😆) and they were so creative and accommodating. They created a beet amuse bouche that was out of this world and a bean dish for him that was excellent. Truly world class service. Meanwhile, the rest of us ordered the duck, short rib, fois gras, venison tartare. Insanely good. They deserve two additional stars.

Great service and delicious food - worthy of their Michelin star (2022 & 2023). Scallop was delicious to start and the canard was fantastic as well.

Comida buena, muy escasa y para nada calidad de una estrella Michelin. Servicio malo. Teníamos ocho ventilidadores encima de la cabeza, pedimos que los apagaran y no contestaron. Los apagamos nosotros y su única respuesta fue encenderlos y colocar una cinta para evitar que los apagasemos. Trasladamos la mesa unos metros y nadie se inmuto para ayudarnos. Muy mal servicio. Deberian revisar la estrella Michelin.

The "Versos Clasicos" Menu was very good, next time I'd like to try the "Versos modernos" Menu. Unfortunately the Canard wasn't available, but I hope next time will be. Service was flawless, Luz and Freya helped us in a very professional and kind way, outstanding service from both.

This was our second time here. Our server, Cameron, and the sommelier, Jeff, were the absolute best!!!!!! We did the Moderno tasting with the wine pairing and Jeff does an excellent job of explaining the wines to you. He tells you about the wine and how it pairs with each course. Amazing experience!

Terribly disappointing. We were seated inside right in front of the open kitchen so it was high traffic & dark. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto one of us (thankfully it missed the food). The outside seating looked far more pleasant. Food was way overpriced & didn’t live up to the hype. Oysters were good. Venison was superb. Morel crostini was just ok & the house specially duck was disappointing (breast was cooked well but we didn’t love the sauce). The wine list was adequate but also overpriced. With so many excellent food options in Miami this is not one we will revisit.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had the duck, several appetizers, and everything was delicious. Our server was wonderful she even had the chef bring out a small Ariete version of grilled cheese for our little one! Would recommend trying this adorable restaurant 10/10!

Tasting menu was too foie intensive. This appears to be from the need to have no food waste. However, some plates with foie could benefit from acid or some type of balancing to carry the foie. In addition, the short rib was lack luster and should be substituted for a better cut of meat that can pair well with the jus.

One of the best service experiences I have ever had in Miami. Menu is slightly limited and the foie gras in several dishes is repetitive. I kinda miss the older menu, more basic game, with modern takes dishes. The grouper I had was really, really good!

Our table was located outside and there are gorgeous plants all around us. It is a natural environment. There are speakers everywhere and one of our pet peeves is loud music. Ariette does play loud music. Our sever did adjust the volume for us. So they are responsive. I had the Rabbit Wellington and it was a beautiful presentation but too salty. I have had the Snapper before and that was exceptional. My husband had the short ribs which he said we delicious. Our friend had the snapper and was very happy. The chocolate cigar desert was really great , rich though but shared 3 ways. The wine suggestions were excellent. We will return. It is high end food and also high on price scale.

Went there on a date. From the moment we walked in the hostess was very friendly we sat outside. Beautiful ambiance our server was excellent. The food was on point and excellent wine selection . Will definitely be going back

We were looking for a special dinner for our small family and to impress my foodie husband. It did not disappoint. We had the grilled oysters with uni butter and 1/2 dozen of oysters with bone marrow. Dinner was pastrami style short ribs with a smoked oyster crocquette. My child and I split the roast chicken with fresh shaved truffles, spaetzle and a zucchini salad. Dessert of caramel popcorn affagato and a flan. Delightful, delectable and delicious.

Chef Michael Beltran brings his magical touch to Ariete, a modern fusion of his Cuban roots and American exuberance. Creative, delicious, layered flavors shine in a variety of dishes including seafood, beef, pork, and vegetarian. Service is so good it's memorable. Lovely sitting outside under the lacey trees. In my opinion - best chef today in Miami.

Very disappointing that a restaurant that is very expensive and requires a dress code allowed the table next to us be there with 2 huge dogs (1 would bark a lot and even come to our table all the time to try and get food). Our waiter was very nice, but he knew that we were very bothered with that situation and didn’t do anything to change things.

The food is absolutely remarkable. We got the duck for two which is such a great experience. Thee service is excellent with incredibly friendly and passionate waiters. One of the best restaurants in South Florida!

Duck was exceptional, not crazy of the tamales side dish and tomato flavored pastry that was served with it. Flan desert was way too sweet for our liking. Wine list was superb. Service was excellent.
