I was pleasantly surprised with the attentive, friendly and accomodating service of the staff, after having read the reviews. Food was served fast despite the place being very busy. It's got a unique vibe to it with the soaring spires of the Duomo as the background. The food is average at best. We had pizza and pasta.

My wife and I booked a table for celebrating our anniversary and when we arrived they told us that in that day they were giving a private party. They didn't text or call me to let me know about that. It was very unpleasant. We are very disappointed. We had to find another restaurant in short notice. We were really excited about Il Bar but again, it was disappointed. We don't recommend this place.

Took my mom for a birthday lunch , not much for a vegetarian to eat The dessert is worth the money cheese cake was huge. We was thinking it would be a normal Side but it could of easily fed up to two ppl Also ordered the woo woo , omg it was just amazing how beautiful these dessert was made # get your camera ready The drinks are pricey don't bothered getting the pink candy floss drink was not worth £16 just candy floss and lemonade with gold leaf

Was terrible! Your service was poorest comparing to overall Italy 😀 before coming we checked Instagram profile, after our visit we understand that you do not have even enough glasses for Aperols. 😀We paid full prices and drank drinks from glasses which is suitable only for juices 😀 the food was 5/10, but service 1/10

We had a reservation for dinner and upon arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed for a private party. The hostess that helped us was nice but we were unable to eat here due to the clear mix up of their reservation website.
