🔹 Located on the second floor of the main building, the restaurant is led by a chef with over 40 years of Cantonese culinary expertise. The team presents a menu that has been repeatedly recommended by the Michelin Guide, featuring signature appetizers, internationally acclaimed Typhoon Shelter-style dishes, traditional clay pot dishes, double-boiled soups, and more. The essence of Cantonese cuisine—clarity, freshness, tenderness, smoothness, crispness, and aroma—is fully expressed in this elegant and refined dining space.

🔸 The restaurant has a total of 146 seats and 6 private dining rooms: Tung Blossom Room, Orchid Room, Lotus Room, Jasmine Room, Osmanthus Room, and Plum Blossom Room. The snack area is thoughtfully designed with draped sheer curtains to provide privacy for individual diners.

交通方便，機捷A14a下車～出口左轉1分鐘就到達，是飯店的2樓，裝潢典雅～服務好氣氛佳，餐點好吃， C P值很高～下次還會再光臨！ 👏👏👏👏👏

停車方便，服務人員態度親切，食物好吃，唯一的缺點是有點偏遠，但是不會人擠人~下次可以去體驗一下一樓的自助餐~

可提前選定商業午餐，人到了直接上菜，節省時間。主餐份量略嫌少，但配菜及湯和甜品都很好吃。沒有包廂位置，開放式空間隔壁桌小孩比較吵鬧就會影響氛圍。另外太靠窗邊有冷氣仍略感熱。

雖然比較難到達，但環境相對清幽人較少，可以很放鬆的餐敘聊天。湯類和點心類會先各盛裝一碗給所有用餐的人，這一點是目前吃過的中餐廳中少見的，服務沒什麼好挑剔的。食物部分，點了一隻烤鴨做四吃的組合套餐，分別是片鴨、脆皮鴨腿、避風塘香酥鴨、鴨米粉湯、虎皮尖椒松阪豬、百花香油條、奶皇包、鮮蝦腐皮捲，甜湯：棗皇燉雪蛤。無論正餐還是點心，每一道都很美味，烤鴨鴨皮非常的脆！調味適中不死鹹，肉質嫩的恰到好處，推薦給喜愛烤鴨的饕客。
