Chef Charles Walpole writes his daily specials, all made from seasonally fresh and locally grown ingredients, on the chalkboard in the dining room. The à la carte menu at the Blind Pig Bistro features such items as beer bread and spaetzle. A unique option offered at the Blind Pig Bistro is a full menu tasting.
