   Capital Grille is consistently outstanding. In a sea of Dallas steakhouses CG is a bastion of calm yet is sufficiently lively to make it fun. The service is always exceptional, and that was the case with our server today, Julio, who was excellent. The key here is consistency and that is very much appreciated today. We will see you soon!

   The Capital Grille was fantastic for my Husband’s birthday. Walking up to the table with confetti and a card was a nice touch along with the unexpected treat at the end!

   We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Javier’s service was particularly outstanding. The food was excellent but not exceptional considering the price. Still worth it as usually the ambiance and contributes greatly to fine dining

   The food was delicious. The Bone In Ribeye had a good taste and was well prepared. The service was excellent. We were seated immediately. Valet service was good (free). The waiter made sure we were taken care of. Our glasses were never empty. The ambiance was perfect for a date, anniversary, special occasion.

    Yacin and Carlos made sure our night (as well as the other couples in the Wine Room) go perfectly. Carlos made sure we had bread and that our water glasses were constantly filled. Yacin recommended one of the freatured entrees that evening, and educated me about steaks cooked "rare plus", my new favorite temperature for steaks. They even brought us desert, no charge. Make sure to ask for Yacin and Carlos when you make a reservation!

    My Girlfriend and I celebrated Valentine's day this weekend and wanted to try something new. The Capital Grille is one of the best places to eat in The Metroplex! Amazing food, excellent service and a nice, moderate ambience made it worth the money. Anthony is the best!!!!!!!

    We love The Capital Grille for special occasions. This Valentine’s Day was perfect. Food was excellent as always, service was wonderful and very friendly and our seating was perfect for my husband with his knee scooter from foot surgery. Our server made sure he was comfortable and took good care of him. The surprise rose at the Valet stand topped off the evening. Really enjoyed our “date”.

    Our server was amazing!! My steak was so rubberish and not cooked to standard. I ordered a medium well steak and it was rare. The server stated the steaks come out like that sometimes. It was my first time and more than likely last time.

    From beginning to end this was a perfect experience! The ladies at the front were so sweet. Yasin was patient, kind, and made excellent recommendations. The lobster and crab cakes were so filling and tasted great! The lobster tail Oscar style was amazing. My partner enjoyed his steak. The drinks were tasty and original. The finishing touch of the creme brulee! (Insert chef's kiss) I definitely recommend and will be back!

    Our server Steve was one of the best we have every had. He was attentive without being intrusive, gave excellent recommendations on wine pairings and took time to make sure we had everything prepared exactly the way we wanted. After our excellent soups, steaks and sides, he surprised us with a special dessert to celebrate an important anniversary. Capital Grill is our go-to spot for fine dining in Dallas.

    The restaurant is really nice and neat. But the most important part is food and drinks - it is amazing here! We were here several times and every time we are happy with food we eat, wine we drink and service we have. I will come here again to show to friends out of state one of the best steak houses in the city!

    I returned there recently and it affirmed my view that it is a great place for a business lunch. Service has been excellent every time I have been there and my react lunch was no exception; prompt and attentive. The lunch menu has a good variety of options and food is consistently excellent.

    The service was good, but very slow. I don't know if this was due to a lack of servers or what. It was necessary to ask for tea to be refilled and to ask for a bread plate. Ticket was delivered without asking if we wanted dessert or coffee.
