The Saint Tequila Salvation in Seattle is a dedication to the old world growing methods of agave and the handmade quality of fine Mexican cuisine. The kitchen produces made from scratch dishes with fresh ingredients and all the house drinks are made and measured by hand because The Saint believes tequila deserves this attention to detail.

The focus at The Saint is on exquisite tacos such as the trucha made with garlic fried Idaho trout, Mayan cabbage and pico di gallo or the suadero made with braised beef belly, roasted tomatillo salsa, red onion and cilantro. Other menu items include traditional enchiladas, queso sizzling platters and appetizers. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
