Large roll-up garage doors open Cactus restaurant to fresh air, iffering the tastes of the southwest to Seattle. Enjoy bocaditos, antojitos or tapas with friends in a friendly and open atmosphere highlighted with colorful decorations of the native Southwest. Try one of the unique dishes created from fresh ingredients of the Pacific Northwest while sitting on the patio with an unobstructed view of the Olympic Mountains. Cactus specializes in entr�es such as the seafood enchilada filled with Pacific snapper, prawns and bay scallops or crab and corn tamales made with Pacific Snow crab. Due to the seasonal nature of many of the ingredients, the menu changes constantly. Cactus offers many drinks to complement the meal including a citrus adobo margarita, cold brew coffee or a selection of cocktails and tequilas.
