Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Sea bass was perfect. Jennifer is such an enjoyable server, made great recommendations and was very attentive. Had the calamari, creamed corn and steak au poivre too. Delicious.

    Absolutely outstanding. Went in for a special occasion and Charlie made us feel special despite having no idea it was a special occasion (I didn’t tell any staff!). Food was top notch. Said “Hi” to Marty (GM) and Chef who were beyond appreciative of us. Go for the food, stay for the staff (especially Charlie)! Truly an exceptional experience, the care they put into us felt like a page out of Unreasonable Hospitality.

    Food was amazing. Drinks was amazing. Nice ambience. The service was a four out of five only because it was busy and she was less attentive. Yes, I would definitely go back.

    both myself and my associate ordered medium temp on our steaks, both came out medium rare. I decided I could live with it, she sent hers back. Way too pink.

    We’ve dined at the location regularly including holidays. This time was nit the most pleasurable. There was a linger wait to get our order taken (the waiter made a comment about me being EAGER to order). Our food took a while to come out. He asked if we had any plans (flights, events) happening afterwards and when we said no he told us our food may take a little longer. We had an extra side that we didn’t order come to or table and get added to our bill. It was removed when we bought it to their attention.

    Food was excellent, especially the lobster risotto and scallops. Waiter was nice but left the dirty dishes on the table too long. He also didn’t review specials or offer dessert.
