May Restaurant & Lounge crafts sumptuous and fragrant Thai-inspired dishes in its warm and exotic Seattle eatery. For starters, enjoy the Thai spare ribs with cilantro and garlic and crispy MayÕs spring rolls filled with delicious curried vegetables. Some of May Restaurant & LoungeÕs signature dishes include the battered crispy garlic chicken in a spicy sauce with basil and bell peppers, the phad grapao samui with sautŽed scallops, prawns and calamari in holy basil sauce and the gang phed ped yang roasted duck in red curry sauce with pineapple, grapes and tomatoes. Luscious noodle dishes are also popular at MayÕs, including the rad hah wide noodles stir-fried with broccoli and soy sauce and the phad Thai thin rice noodles wok-fried sprouts, lime and egg in tamarind sauce. May Restaurant & Lounge also crafts excellent cocktails, such as the grana-tini with pomegranate vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate puree and lime juice.
