Since 1997, Randy and Brooke Baker have aimed to please any palate at any time of day and for any occasion at Chanterelle. From Asian Fusion, French, Italian or American cuisine, the experienced chefs are given free reign to explore flavors, textures and spices from around the world. Chanterelle is located in a historic wood building that once held the first hardware store in Edmonds, Washington, at the turn of the 19th century.
A popular menu item is Chanterelle's famous tomato bisque soup, which is thick and creamy. Breakfast options feature traditional egg platters or delectable treats like waffles and French toast. Midday hunger can be staved with the chicken pesto sandwich and broccoli salad. Top off a dinner entree with the highly favored white chocolate coconut cake.
