Take a culinary trip to Naples, Italy at Fat Olives. This contemporary trattoria is famous for its authentic, Neapolitan-style pies baked in a wood-fired oven using traditional techniques. Voted Best of Flag, the menu at Fat Olives also features pasta dishes, a special kid menu and gluten-free fare so no one is left out.

Fat Olives is the perfect destination for the pizza gourmand. The culinary team prides itself on using tomatoes imported from San Marzano for authentic results. Ask for the daily special or order the Belgio Dolce for delicious fusion of imported salami, brussel sprouts, house-made Calabrian chili oil and local honey. Complement it with a house made tiramisu or a bottle of wine. The bar offers a wide range of vintages, served by the bottle or glass. Fat Olives is open Mondays through Sundays with daily happy hour from 2:00-5:00.

Our waiter, Gavin was great! Gave recommendations that were delicious and he was very attentive. We also want to say that a female employee by the name of Lisa was doing an incredible job of bussing and chatting with guests! Not sure what her position is but she is a keeper! Definitely will be going back!

Tasty place! We had the artichoke hearts as a starter- def recommend. Can’t go wrong with pizza or pasta. And def ask for Mack (or Mac)a best service ever!!!

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Grace our server was amazing. We drove 350 miles to enjoy and it was worth the trip. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting an authentic Italian pizza.

They are known for their pizza, but we found the crust to be quite tough. All in all, it was not quite what we were expecting.

Fabulous food and even better service. We counted over 20 employees serving customers. This is the first place in a very long time that had more than enough staff. The restaurant was completely full and they turned tables with in 5 minutes of someone leaving. Very impressive. I can not recommend more. Fabulous!

Awesome place for pizza and pasta, definitely a busy place but so worth it. I would highly recommend a reservation.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and creativity of this restaurant. Our server, Izaac, was very attentive and reviewed the menu since it was our first time there. We sat on the patio and it was lovely. We started with cocktails - a limoncello margarita for me and my husband had a orangecello old fashion. Both were very unique and flavorful. For food, we started with the caprese salad. It was yummy! Then we enjoyed a pizza. Belgio Dolce (3rd place winner of the International Pizza Expo 2024). It is white based with home-made mozzarella, pecorino romano, oregano, shaved brussel sprouts, calabrian chili oil, Molinari soppressata, local honey and crushed pistachios! It was fabulous! When in Flagstaff, we will definitely be stopping at the place again!
