Flo's is a locally owned Chinese restaurant. This authentic eatery has been in business since 1997 and has become a neighborhood favorite loved by the locals. The owner and creator of the restaurant, Florence "Flo" Chan, can be found every single day in the dining room greeting customers and making sure they have a great experience. The head chef, Danny Lee, is likewise working in the kitchen almost every day on his custom-created menu. Flo's menu is described as "tradition with a twist". The kitchen staff here takes classic Chinese recipes and updates them with contemporary flavors and ingredients. Some of the specialty items include pine nut shrimp with broccoli and diced bell peppers in spicy sauce, pepper bacon shrimp with bacon, cabbage and tomatoes in a white sauce and a Singapore BBQ pork noodle dish with bell peppers, onions and yellow curry seasoning.
