The food was creatively presented, and delicious. The service was terrific. The views over Pleasant Bay, and the curiosity of watching the fog roll in, were appealing sidebars. The noise level was surprisingly high, and detracted a little from the overall experience. Otherwise, we'd recommend it for any special occasion.

Scallops were overcooked and overall the tastes that were brought together did not meet the price point of the pre fixe selection. The atmosphere was very nice with excellent service though.

The food and service was impeccable. It was a fine dining experience for certain and we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. I will be back.

Twenty Eight Atlantic is a stunningly beautiful restaurant with amazing views! Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable and worked well as a team. Sadly the food did not deliver on the promise the ambiance made. It was simply not worth the incredibly high price for what the meal was.

View is spectacular. Wait service is extremely professional, well trained, polite, friendly and attentive. Cost was OUTRAGEOUS!!! Over $300 per person. We have dined there many times before, so I don’t know if it’s the new pricing or because it was Mother’s Day.
