    If you want hip and loud and fun ... this is a great place. We had a early reservation and it was nearly empty. They first seated us by a very loud fan and we were reseated. The waiter was great. The food was ok. Calimari was a bit oily. Sushi texture was a bit soft but overall good. I expected better but the food was solid. Then when I went to pick up my car at the valet outside it was $10 after validation (which is ok) but I had to wait in a long line to pay and then am I supposed to pay again when the valet actually gives me my car? It's weird and took 15 minutes and my car was right there. It's fun and hip with solid food and beautiful people. That's the reason to go

    Great, friendly, efficient service at Sushi Roku. Drinks were on the high side, but it's what we've come to expect from a hotel restaurant, especially a W. Overall, I would absolutely return to this restaurant when I'm in Scottsdale.

    Another great meal prepared by Chef Lucas! The sushi was so fresh and unique fish types was very enjoyable. Also, can’t forget the Sake, it was delicious!

    The DJ had the techno going full blast at 6:30 in the evening. Two dates left right after one another including me. I’d advise a more moderate volume level and selection of songs before 10pm. What a turn off!

    The ambience is great, it’s a beautiful restaurant. Very convenient as a hotel guest at the W. The sushi rolls were good, but nothing standout from other good sushi I have had, which for the price I would expect. Had a great time and great experience but not sure it’s a restaurant I would repeat again.

    Unique sushi combinations- light and fresh! Loved the salad with the pear! Denzel and Veronica provided excellent attention customer service and genuine care! Loved the cheesecake with the birthday sparkler - thank you!

    We had been here before and loved it. It was elegant and food beautifully prepared and served. This time the experience was like being at a fast food restaurant with food simply thrown on a plate and arriving all at the same time. Nothing save the Chilean sea bass and lamb chop had any flavor. What a shame - we won’t be back.

    Mediocre at best. Food would have been fine for half the price. Grossly overpriced. Got the spicy tuna roll and the more expensive toro with jalapeño couldn’t tell them apart by looks or taste. The s’more are a deconstructed mess virtually impossible to eat as a s’more Really regret going

    The food was ok. It just didn’t seem to be of a high caliber. The tuna in my hand roll was a muted pink and had no flavor and the octopus app tasted like it was previously frozen. Not good
