Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     The food was excellent as usual. Never disappointed we had the enchiladas poblanas, carnitas, chile verde, mole verde, chile rellenos. All were amazing. The flan and guava cheesecake was above and beyond. This is one of our favorite restaurants. It is a must go when visiting Vegas.

    The hostess we checked in with was very rude. Never spoke a word to us and had RBF. The chips and salsa are what you would get from your neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Guac was $20 and just ok. The food is stupidly expensive. $30 plus for two enchiladas that were cold. Rice and beans were extra. I sent my meal back. The music was so loud you had to talk over it and compete with everyone else in the restaurant doing the same thing. Total letdown and waste of money.

    Lunch at Javier's was a 10! The food was beyond delicious, the Javier margarita was the best we've had in Vegas, but the real star of this restaurant is Eduardo. We were so impressed by his service. Thank you for a memorable time.

    Had to wait 20 min to be seated with a reservation. Place is so loud hurt my ears, you have some large groups almost yelling so much going on you don’t feel being attended to, took long to get our drinks and order taken. Food was average.

    We enjoy Javiers multiple times a year and its always a 10/10 experience we got there before our reservation time and got a really good position at a booth in the bar and were able to stay there and our early dinner. Our waitress had great drink recommendations and she was very personable, even the busser was chatting and extremely pleasant(which is no surprise) especially at a high end restaurant like Javiers. The food is to die for. Our personal favorite on the entire planet.
