   Avoid Mother's Day at Mimis! They only have a limited menu of 3 course meals. Set at $35. It did say offer available, which they normally have on the menu, but it does not day limited to. We had reservations and was not aware it was only a small selection of meals. Reservations at 4 meals were not brought out til 530!on top of that, selected meals were sold out when the food was about to come out, and that person had to wait again for a different meal. Completed awful our server went above and beyond to accommodate us. She did what she could with what she had basically. Never again.

   Did not honor reservation. Was never contacted or able to seat at a table. Service was terrible on Mother’s Day

   I know it's Mother's Day, but we had reservations for noon. Waited 45 min to be seated. Ordered immediately and waited another 1 1/2 hours for our food. We didn't eat until almost 2:30. Our waitress was attentive, but stopped coming around because she was helping other servers most of the time. Our desert was lava cake that was still hard on the inside. Not heated. It was not a good experience for a Mother's Day lunch. It was more of a disaster. We will not choose Mimi's in the future. It was very bad planning and prep on the part of the restaurant. It is absolutely unacceptable. No compensation was offered. Customers don't matter anymore.

   Forget about going on Mother’s Day. I made a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. And an hour to get our entrees. Nobody ever checked on us. My wife ordered eggs Benedict with holondaise on the side. We had to ask 3 servers to bring it. By the time it arrived, she was done eating. I’m 60 years old and I’ve never had this sort of horrible service before.

   We had a reservation for 11:30am and we didn’t get seated until 12:30pm. It’s 1:30pm and we still haven’t received our food.

   It was the worst experience we've ever had. I understand it was Mother's day and being a major holiday, we expected a lot of people and for the restaurant to be super busy. We had reservations at 11:30am and were seated about 30 minutes afterwards. That's fine and we were ok with waiting a bit. When we were sat down, the hostess told us our waiter would be with us shortly. We'll, this is when it started. Another waitress walked by and told us that the bartender would wait on us and that she would call him. We could see the bar was full, so we figured it would be awhile. But no one came around, not even to offer us beverages. We had to wave someone down for someone to ask for coffee. We waited about another 30 min. before we got beverages. We ordered our food at the same time we ordered beverages. We then waited over an hour and still no food. We kept asking for our waiter and other waitresses would tell us there wasn't anything they could do. No one wanted to take responsibility for waiting on our table. We were a party of 5, and other party's that were larger (I'm talking 10+) were being waited on as normal. We waited for 1.5 hours and still nothing. No matter how many waiters we asked, no one was trying to help or check on our food. We ended up just walking out. We will never go back there again.

   Waiters took too long attending to us, we made a reservation and got sat 30minutes later. Food was great but service needs a lot of improvement

   Meal was excellent but the cost of a mixed drink was outrageous! Over $13 for a White Russian. If the server would have gave a heads up and mentioned what the cost for this drink was, I don’t think we would have ordered it. Also, why an additional cost for bread that isn’t white? Does brown bread really cost more than white?

    Meal was not how it was ordered. Eggs requested medium and were cooked easy. Sent back but still came back the same.
