   I’ve been to the brunch numerous times but not to this location on a Mothers Day. We had a reservation for 1:45pm but didn’t get seating until about 2:30 almost which I understand it’s busy. The only thing was that they know it’s going to be a busy day and if we are paying our money for a Buffett then the food should still be full like it is for the earlier guests. If they need to bring in another person or 4 then that’s what should happen tbh. It not as much food here as other El Torito brunches also. No churro pancakes was the most noted. But the crew was quick to bring food when I brought it to their attention that a few things were completely empty. I luckily got the last waffle for my son before they were all gone. And because we waited to be seated I didn’t get to grab all the food I wanted. But I didn’t mind that too much. The waitress was excellent! She was busy but had a smile and was very attentive! She get two of the 3 stars. It would’ve been 2 more if the buffet didn’t look half full and the serving spoons weren’t so sticky. I’ll probably stick to our usual El Torito next time but we’ll see.

   Very loud, and buffet tables were constantly out of plates and food.

   It’s a Mexican chain restaurant, so expect the usual service. Very happy they could accommodate our large party the night before Mother’s Day! Food is always good and well priced. A little hard to talk with the noise level. Partly music and partly all the other people talking over the music.

   Sunday Brunch was prefect. Food was really good and our waitress was attentive, nice, and accommodating!

   Overall it was great but seating was a little crowded. The people on the side of us were too close every time the Man got up his behind was on our table. He even knocked my grandsons head with his arm. 🤦‍♀️ Next time I will wait for the Bar area seating.

   Great service by Idelia. Always replacing food as soon as it's gone with fresh food. Love the variety of Mexican dishes. Always a treat to go!

   The server was no where to be found when we needed something. I understand if was holiday but we were paying customers too. Lack of service was it for me

   I've been going to El Torito my whole life. I've even worked for El Torito. This Sunday, the food was amaziigly spicy, which is really weird. The service was the worst my family has ever had. You might think it's because it was Easter, but it wasn't crowded. Prices are up too. Not sure we'll ever come back. Or maybe try another location

    Awsome as usual. My waitress Lydia is so so nice and remembers my order everytime. She even brings me my chips,salsa,and a to go cup of water before I even order.
