*Reservation Policy*
1. Bar seating reservations open 30 days in advance, while private rooms open 60 days in advance.
Reservations are open at 2pm.

2. A deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required for reservations, and the reservation will be confirmed only after payment is completed within the specified time frame.

3. The minimum spend per person is NT$3,000, and for children, it is NT$1,500 (regardless of age, as long as they occupy a seat).
?For groups of 7 or more, the minimum spend per person is NT$4,000.?
The minimum spend does not include beverages or service fees.

4. Corkage fee: You can bring one bottle of your own for each bottle purchased at the restaurant.
NT$800 for each 720ml bottle and NT$1,600 for each 1.8L bottle.
(Charges are based on size, not type of alcohol.)

?Canceling a Reservation?
Same-day changes to reservations are not allowed.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 3 days before the reservation date (not including the reservation day) for a full refund of the deposit.
If canceled within 3 days, only half of the deposit will be refunded.
No refund for cancellations on the day of the reservation.

For example: If the reservation is for 12/10
Cancel before 12/6 for a 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancel between 12/7 and 12/9 for a 50% refund.
No refund if canceled on 12/10.

Da-Wan reserves the right to cancel or change reservations in case of unavoidable circumstances

台北烤肉的質素從來都不會比日本差，其中一間非「大腕」莫屬。從以前敦化南路到現在新店除了通脹外，不管服務及質素都保持一貫的水準牛肉質素是基本的、打邊爐刀手是重要、烤肉就是烤手、多謝石頭哥眷顧、我們那晚有一位好烤手、四個人有原始人、有正常人、10分麻煩、但多謝石頭哥的包容以及高超的烤肉技術、每人都10分滿意、尤其最後的烤腸頭脆卜卜程度跟卡樂B沒有分別就知道石頭哥的超凡烤肉技術那晚從牛舌厚切薄切、到Sirloin , Chateaubriand, 牛板腱, 法拉利牛肉圓滿食用、10分滿足。中間再加一些時令蔬菜譬如絲瓜、（台灣絲瓜口感像水瓜，清甜嫩滑）奶油粟米（石頭哥燒到好似爆米花一樣加上龍龍的牛油香，仍然懷念）及蘑菇更加彰顯你好該餐飯額外驚喜、來台北一定要吃台灣的時令蔬果、價錢又比日本便宜，而且質素絕不輸蝕

東西很好吃，服務員會幫你處理，不用自己來。服務人員都很貼心，很會聊天。只是价格有點高，哈。

➤ 先說結論: 乾柴腥味的雞肉配上油膩怪誕的辣味增（上面浮一層油）最後甜點奶粉味超重的冰淇淋還有地獄料理加鹽布丁當晚直接胃食道逆流套餐整個安排蠻差的，菜品設計沒有很用心，上菜的順序邏輯上也有很大的問題。先說我個人是喜歡吃牛的，但牛背肉味道很重接近內臟的味道，就算配了一小碗飯還是覺得很難吃。用作shabu的那一塊算我唯一喜歡的，其他食材的品質我沒辦法接受，提供的檸檬乾癟根本擠不出汁水來… 最後烤雞肉品質普通就算了，醃漬雞肉這點也很失敗，咀嚼後雞的肉臭味真的讓人難受… 位置也偏擁擠，可能只在乎翻桌率，一個服務人員烤兩組4人的食物，點了一杯紅酒，位置只夠放在烤爐邊，我盡力移到左手邊喝起來還是彆扭，套餐一客台幣3,800我能接受，但這種委屈的體驗如果加錢可以升級麻煩告訴我。甜點各點了布丁與冰品，冰品奶粉味很重，全部套餐完全沒有考慮到客戶的味覺，油膩到難以接受，要水漱口清洗味覺還要加點（收費）最後一道雞肉跟甜點真的跟腸胃核彈一樣乾柴腥味的雞肉配上油膩怪誕的辣味增（上面浮一層油）最後甜點奶粉味超重的冰淇淋還有地獄料理加鹽布丁當晚直接胃食道逆流

適合熱鬧輕鬆的約會、慶生！服務生開朗熱情、很會抓剛剛好的分量，對於整體用餐體驗很加分！大部分的餐點都滿好吃的～

雖然食物質素很好，但是cp值不算很高，價錢比我想像中價了很多，結帳大慨ntd10000多，我們來至香港所以覺得這個價錢在香港的日式餐廳也有很多選擇，所以不打算再回來；另外，我們習慣了進食不太多說話，只想靜靜地享受美食，但是餐廳提供的服務形式是非常熱鬧，店員很熱情很多話說，只是不適合的我們，可能其他人會喜歡吧⋯⋯這也不是什麼居酒屋，沒意料到要一邊進食一邊談天，基本上沒有停過，很累⋯⋯
