Food and drinks were very good. A little noisy as we were amongst many younger kids in restaurant area. Next time we will eat in the bar area.

We had a large group for my Mom’s 97th birthday. They seated us on time & our server served us promptly. Very enjoyable experience. My Mom loved her Pizookie!!

Our service was great tonight. Brought family from out of town and they loved the food and pizookies. Our server was great and attentive.

Got seated relatively promptly after checking in. Our Server was very attentive. The food was delicious. We really enjoy dining at this restaurant.

I have nothing against babies but why do we have to be subjected to crying kids. The manager is not responsible for these families. Parents thinking the crying babies is so cute, is extreme ridiculousness. I spent $150 on my spouse and I and we expect some type of consideration. At least 5 different families with babies!!! And it’s on a Thursday night no less. It’s just absolutely ridiculous and I don’t feel that I will be returning. The clientele is definitely family oriented, Stick to taking care of families with a half a dozen kids. If you’re on a date or if you’re a couple, forget it. You won’t be able to hear over The kids.

Overall the food was pretty good! Waitress was okay until she got busy and then she seemed all over the place. Never came to check to see how our food was after it was served. First time this has happened here though. I will go back again.

Ordered Kickin’ Chicken sandwich. Came out way overdone and impossible to eat. Sent it back and did not reorder an entree. The manager did give me a credit. Our server did do a good job. But screwing up a basic chicken sandwich does not motivate me to return. Update. I had made a reservation through Open Table. When I arrived I reminded the hostess to make sure I got credit. She said she would. I now see that wasn’t done and I lost 100 rewards points. First served food that should not have left the kitchen, and then shorted on rewards points. An easy decision NOT TO RETURN.

Typically, we love this location for its exceptional service and food, but this visit fell short - it was just good enough. Usually, we dine in the bar area, but for this visit we dined in the main restaurant because we were dining with out-of-state visiting family. They were hungry after driving from Albuquerque, and we knew this restaurant had something for everyone. Unfortunately, the drinks and food took awhile, yet the food was served on hot plates even though the food was tepid. For example, the mozzarella sticks were bland in color and had no stretch, so they had no appeal. I reminded the server that my meal included a pizookie, and when it arrived there were only two spoons for three kids. A lot of details missed, but we will absolutely see this visit as a fluke experience. It’s just too bad that this was our family’s first impression.
