We have been so excited to try Cibo and made reservations months in advance for my husbands Birthday! The overall experiences was just meh & honestly disappointing. I don’t understand how it’s so highly rated. The service is very friendly and probably the reason for me giving them 3 stars as for the overall experience. But is more like a 2 star experience. At least it’s marked off our places to try list.

Our server Ritchie was great! We were a group of 4 having a meal before our comedy show. We shared a small charcuterie, a pizza rossa, a pizza bianco and one of the best pastas I’ve ever had…cappelletti. We followed it with a delish Nutella and banana crepe! Heaven!

Amazing pizza, and when I get beyond the Diavola the other items are good too! Wine list is all Italian - would prefer some American options. Nice patio, and the inside is actually the inside of a house -- so has the vibe that you are visiting friends.

Highly recommend the meatballs and any of the pizzas - the crust is to die for. Our server was also outstanding - attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Very notable when at many places lately it's just not the same. Well done, Cibo!

This is my second visit to Cibo and it wasn’t nearly as good as the first. Although pizza was tasty, it wasn’t hot and there was no offer to correct. Also the space was dirty and there were homeless people hanging out near the entry. They did bring a birthday desert, which was much appreciated. It just wasn’t that enjoyable a dinner. Too bad.

We’ve eaten here several times and always love it but this time we were quite disappointed. The ambiance was nice but the food was subpar at best. My husband ordered a pizza and the veggies in it were not fresh and seems to be from a can. I ordered the gnocchi with mushrooms and a truffle sauce, I asked for lite truffle - I was only able to have a few bites as it was very oily. It’s rather disappointing that the food was such a miss considering we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th

Perfect Saturday evening not too crowded and not too loud . Was able to have a conversation with my wife and boys . Main coarse was a little longer then we would have wished but was told they were short staffed . Good was excellent. Waiter was knowledgeable and courteous

Romantic, friendly neighborhood Italian restaurant. Great for a special date, birthday, family dinner, or to celebrate a special occasion. Good selection of wine, fresh pasta, and well-made pizza. Catch them on evenings when they have live music, typically jazz. One of my favorite spots in Downtown Phoenix for sure!

This place is superb! The relaxed patio atmosphere is exceptional. Great neopolitan style pizza, fresh salads and tasty deserts, all accompanied by an eclectic menu of Italian wines. The wait staff is always friendly and efficient. One of the best in Phoenix for sure!

Lovely patio for a beautiful Phoenix night. The mixed vegetables were delicious as were the salads although I didn’t care for the gluten-free pizza crust as it wasn’t crispy it is more of a thick type crust.
