First- the food was amazing! But really what made my whole experience less than expected was the service. The server was kind but I’m not sure she has been trained or supported in this role. She was incredibly slow. We asked for celery right when we received cheese but did not get it until the cheese was gone. When the mains came- we asked for an extra specific sauce- took 9 min for her to bring it along with the seasoning we asked for. We had to ask for each drink refill and tried to help her clean the table by stacking dishes. Our table was covered in dishes after each course. We went for Father’s Day- the server didn’t engage in conversation with us- typically they always ask if we are celebrating something. The manager also never came by- when you pay this much I would expect a much higher level of service. Overall, very disappointing.

The Place inside is a little dark in General. The Waitress didn’t know very well the Menu, she had to ask multiple times about the Menu to somebody and return with the answer to us. She took extra time to bring the uncooked food and we were the ones that cook the food. And the worse thing was that we were still working on our food and she took off the dishes and tempura sauce and after that she ask for it. It doesn’t make sense at all that we had to wait for the food and also that we had to tell her louder to call her attention.”Hey we are still working with the food and please bring more sauce. “ Make sure that you hire the right people to serve the costumers. We enjoyed that we could create our own meat selection. The duck was extremely tasty with the plum sauce.

Love this melting pot location! I believe our servers name was Morgan ( or Logan) and he was PHENOMENAL! super knowledgeable about every menu item down to seasoning and sauces. had great reccomendations and our dinner would not have been as good as it was without him. 10/10

I brought some family members there for my mom's birthday. This was my first time coming to this restaurant. The staff was very sweet. They held on, help decorate, and brought out cake I brought in for my mom. The server was knowledgeable of the menu and procedures. She helped walk us through the process and had a great demeanor. We are already planning our next stop in to The Melting Pot. The food was incredible!
