    Mitchell's is a terrific restaurant because it has a super combination of highly professional cooks, servers and hostesses but also because they are so personable and the food is both diverse and superb! I've never been disappointed.

    Dinner was great. Lisa, our waitress, was prompt, friendly and helpful. We went there for a pre-game dinner and had plenty of time to enjoy our meals. Mitchell’s is one of our favorites!

    We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner here again this year. Last year everyone ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner. It was plentiful and very good! Lots to take home. This year we ordered from the menu, it's not a full menu but it has all the best. Everything was delicious! The staff was all friendly and attentive! Certainly recommend for any occasion or just a delicious treat!

    We went to dinner for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. Food was good and service was very good as well. We would recommend this restaurant as a good place to dine out.

    Mitchell’s is consistently very good. We enjoyed our wild caught salmon dinner and key lime pie dessert. The service was excellent. Great go to restaurant at the Galleria Mall.

    Food good but a bit over priced. My favorite, pecan encrusted trout, was taken off the menu. Waitress seemed new and a bit behind. All in all, a good dining experience!

    We visit this spot frequently because it is dependable and convenient. The food is good if not great. I always wish their crab cakes were jumbo lump and tastier as opposed to Maryland style which are like deviled crabs. Soups and salads are nice. I tried the autumnal butternut squash soup which was excellent. It was very crowded for a Monday night. Our young server Rob was very sweet and pleasant — but a bit nervous and overwhelmed. He made numerous serving errors and we had long lags especially when requesting and getting the checks.

    We both ordered the butter nut squash soup. I ordered a bowl and my mum a cup. Plus I asked our server to please make sure our soups come out hot cause the past two times they were just Luke warm and cold. Then I ordered the Brussels sprouts and I asked them to be cooked well cause we don’t like hard vegetables and she said don’t worry they always cook them enough that they’re not hard. I also asked our server if we could have our soups first then the Brussels sprouts come out after. But we waited a long time for our food and everything came out at once! They only gave me a cup instead of a bowl that I ordered and both soups were barely warm. We were hoping for the server to come over and check on us but never did for a long time so we ate cold soup! Yuck!! Then when we tried the Brussels sprouts most of them were hard and they was barely warm! Very disappointing meal & service!!

    We had 630 reservations and showed up at 620 we order our food at 635 and didn’t receive our meals at 735 after we were told it would be 15 minutes longer twice… my plate was warmer than the food on it …very odd my sons dish was prepared in the same way his shrimps were overcooked and his fish was warm at best with a hot hot hot plate! The manager came over and apologized but didn’t offer free dessert or to take anything off the meal !!! We were in a hurry due to an 8 pm appointment. I was disappointed. The salmon is farm raised too . The shrimp appetizer was popcorn shrimp. Dinner order Chilean sea bass, shrimp app, trio dinner . The server was phenomenal but kitchen staff and managers were lacking!

    We got seated right away for our 6:40 reservation. Service was good - server was friendly and attentive. Food was good - we came wanting seafood and all was good. We would recommend this restaurant.

    Both our soups came out just lukewarm! 😡I don’t understand why restaurants can’t serve their soups hot!! Someone isn’t doing their job right! This is the second time in a few days that we ate there and were disappointed!! What’s going on??

    Our soups were good but we tried a new salad and they were terrible. Both of the hardly had any butter nut squash or beets on them. It was just all kale and arugula!! So disappointed!!

    The inside of the restaurant is very nice. However the entire time we had to hear an employee yelling to other servers that food or drinks were ready. It was very interruptive. The food was overall underwhelming (underseasoned mostly). A plus was that the tuna tartare and lobster bisque were on point! Dinner was blah. (Shrimp, crab cake and salmon). Our server was very attentive.

    We had Friendly service & Delicious Food. The service however was very slow. It took 20 minutes to receive our drinks from the bar. Another Ten minutes to receive our bread & appetizer. The main course arrived shortly after. We had to wait 10 minutes for our dessert because "she was shucking oysters"??? The manager never came over.

    Our table was near a window and because it was drafty, we asked to move. There was no issue as we were seated in the middle of the room, but it was still very cold.

    At 5:30, the restaurant was not extremely busy, but the food took forever. Soup was not very hot, appetizer crabcake was also not very hot nor the corn saute on the plate. Fish & Chips was a large portion, but overcooked. Server was very nice, but maybe overwhelmed?? Will take a break from Mitchell's for awhile.
