We felt very rushed during our dinner. The restaurant was not crowded at all and we were being handed boxes for our food between courses without asking or being done eating what was already on the table. Didn't even get the chance to order a second drink because we were so rushed and being brought all food at once. Disappointed

Justin was a great server. Our food was excellent enjoyed the salmon, ravioli and chicken Parmesan. Loved the donuts as well.

Zero value to return there . It’s been about 1.5 years since we’ve been there and it was downhill then now it’s a sad state of affairs. Tiffany the manager was absolutely awful. We still tipped our server over 25% as it wasn’t really anything in her control . The portions are a fraction of what they use to be and the prices were outrageous.

Went to Maggiano's to celebrate Father's Day. The salad, bread and main courses all arrived at the same time. I hate when restaurants do not plan food arrival times better! Not sure if this was because it was a holiday, but still. It should not matter what day/time you are visiting when it is a higher-end restaurant. While you are eating your salad, the main dish is getting cold. They no longer offer buy one take one home pasta dishes, which was a good incentive to visit. They also do not have the previous Mom's Lasagna recipe anymore. They replaced it with a different one. My father was really disappointed since he was looking forward to having his favorite dish. The server raved about the new lasagna recipe so we thought we would give it a try. Let me say, it was underwhelming at best. The lasagna has a TON of ricotta cheese in it, which made it very dry and chalky-tasting. I could not eat it without drinking water after each bite. My father had to request additional sauce just so he could finish it. That is defining not a dish to rave about. 2 sodas, 1 side Caesar salad and 2 lasagna dishes totaled $81 before tip. If I would have ordered a 9 oz glass of wine, it would have been $20+. I can buy an entire bottle for that price. It does not take rocket science to understand why people do not want to go out to eat at these types of restaurants when the value is not there, even when they can totally afford it. So long, Maggiano's!
