   Loved the new menu items. Really enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms, the Wagyu stuffed shells and the Veal. The Italian donuts were awesome and loved the 14 Hands Merlot to pull it all together. Our server Sarah was really great!

   Experienced Mother's Day at Maggiano's - waited about 20 minutes before being seated - understandable. Mother's Day set menu was good (family style) - good food and plenty of it! Since they ran out of certain dishes, they replaced them with other ones. Was looking forward to Wagyu beef shells. They promised us an extra dish to go and waitied for it, but the server forgot to enter the order in, so we were without it, but they did give us a 'raincheck' for 2 dishes next time we come. Overall a good experience, but Mother's Day is extremely busy, so I'll give them a pass for this.

   Food was great and the service was brilliant. We were seated right away and the appetizers followed shortly after our drinks. We had to pick 4 from the list of entrees and everything came out very delicious. The desserts were also delicious. Overall, it is one of the best Mother's day celebration we had in years. Thank you!

   We had a great time. Great service from everyone. Everyone had a smile and the champagne that was given to us when we arrived was a lovely touch!

   The waiter and chef were very kind. The food was good, but the noise level was loud. The waiter was kind enough to turn it down.

   Went for lunch today. We had a marvelous meal and waitress. Elena was outstanding. She timed our lunch beautifully while I was visiting with my mom.

   Not the Maggiano’s I know (knew) walking up to the door, there was an unpleasant odor. It was an unfriendly smell to walk into when going in for a meal. I recognize it was a Thursday night, but the restroom was a mess. Our server was great but initial contact was close to 10min. Once engaged she was spot on. I ordered the chicken piccata. It was done incorrectly and just off… Their prices are sky high. Their portions are smaller and one of my primary reasons for going to Maggiano’s was the buy a pasta take one home deal… Hoping things improve.

   Excellent experience - our waitress (Sarah) was excellent. We thought that the music level was just a bit too loud.

    The changes to the menu are disappointing. It’s apparent that cost saving is being prioritized. Servings are smaller, prices are higher, ingredients have been reduced, overall not a good value compared to other options. Too bad, it used to be a favorite spot. New management is missing the mark.
