   Let by me start by saying our waitress was good, the hostess was rude. They wouldn’t seat the party until everyone was there. (I was parking) and I understand YET there was a table of 12 with only 2 guests already seated. Their entire party didn’t arrive for a good 15-20 mins after we were seated. Why were they allowed to be seated comfortably but the majority of our party could not? But I do have to say the arrogance of the hostess who was drinking tea while talking under her breath about us was really off putting. She wasn’t friendly and spoke of us like she had no idea where to put us. They weren’t busy! Almost the entire restaurant & bar was empty. On a Friday at 4pm? We were treated like we weren’t welcome. Our table was supposed to accommodate 5 but we literally could not even sit down due to no room where our table was located. AGAIN this was almost an entire empty restaurant. The chairs were pushed directly up against a gentleman at the table behind us. I apologized to the couple multiple times but never heard any of your staff apologize to him or us. I literally had to rearrange & push our table so we could sit and not hit the people at their table. I had the young man who sat us take away a chair so the gentleman had room at his own table. The 2 tables that were pushed together for us were 2 different sizes. I just don’t understand why they didn’t seat the couple at one of the multiple other open tables or put us somewhere else. There was plenty of room. Overall the food was good, our waitress was good, and our party had several drinks at the bar after. It was super quiet and the band was setting up. We made the best of it as it was my birthday - we mentioned it during our reservation and when we were seated. No mention of it or dessert was recommended while we were there. My first time there and was extremely disappointed.

   Stephanie was our waitress and she was amazing. She was so friendly and kind to the kids. If wasn’t busy so it was perfect. Food was great and had a lot of flavor. They closed at 8, but they didn’t rush us out and let us look around the manager was extremely friendly as well.

   I had no idea when I made the reservation that there was going to be live music. What a wonderful surprise!! They were excellent. And the food was good too!!😂

   Reservations were a joke. I wanted in the main room for the concert and was told I would be seated there they put me in the back room with no view . Then the manager told us there was nothing he could do. What’s the point of reservations then???

   We had dinner and show reservations- dinner went well food was great. Could not have imagined a better server!!! However- we were there for the band, last minute arrivals walked right up and stood right in front of us blocking our view. You couldn’t get to the restroom because of how they crowded I. And stood there! People were standing on chairs railings and tables thankfully nobody fell! We paid extra to eat dinner there and we’re there two hours early for a show we could not see! The only explanation was “we oversold “

    They overbooked the show, they called me twice in 24 hours before the show to confirm my reservation then two hours before the show starts they call me to tell me that I don’t have a table. I did get a refund that was the only good thing about my experience there. I would never go back to the Hard Rock Cafe

    My friend was one of the opening bands for the show. When we got there the hostess wasn’t friendly and kept ignoring us for awhile. Seemed to just not care too much. Then our waitress was horrible. I had a friend with me who was vegan, and didn’t drink. When she asked the waitress what she had to drink other than pop she basically just said alcohol and coffee. She didn’t give her any options and clearly got annoyed by her question. Then when it came to dinner my friend asked if the buns were vegan for the impossible burger. The waitress rolled her eyes and said I don’t know I’d have to check. It’ll take me awhile so I’ll be back later. And walked away. She was prob one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. She made my friend feel like a complete inconvenience. All of 3 of the women there have been servers before so we GET what it’s like, but her behavior and service was just down right awful.

    Service was excellent, waitress was attentive and friendly, did not wait long for beverages or food. Prices are slightly higher than ideal. Would like to see a few more TVs to watch. Otherwise, a great place to eat.

    They were supposed to mention about someone’s birthday and said they would be did not and the waitress seemed disgusted that there were 3 bills and was not that friendly just very short with us.

    Took reservations with no problems. Wait Staff was on top of her game. Very attentive. Food came out very tasty but not piping hot. We did not make an issue of it. Drinks were cold and just right.

    Good food at a good price. They could use a couple more menu options with chicken or fish. Waitress was attentive without being overly intrusive. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant.

    Attended K-Pop DJ event and it couldn’t have been a better evening. The Cuban Sliders were amazing. The wine was good. Service (Dom) was outstanding! SO MUCH FUN!

    Took my mom out for her 60th birthday. We stopped here for dinner and drinks. Place was super nice inside, clean and had loud music playing the whole time. The music wasn’t bad so we didn’t mind! Our server was EXCELLENT. Super friendly, attentive, and quick service! I made reservations for a surprise treat after dinner and she had everything ready, which was awesome! The only issue we had, were the drinks…sorry to say, but they were pretty bad lol But the food was AMAZING, so that made up for it!

    Our reservation was to be near the entertainment as I was there to see a friend perform. At first they tried to put us out on the patio. Eventually they gave us a table that was near the stage but it was in a corner where we couldn't see. Service was extremely slow for drinks and food but in their defense, it was extremely packed. I ordered the Messi burger which looked very intimidating on the menu but not so much when it arrived. It was good though. Everyone else enjoyed them food too. Overall it was a lot of fun. I will call from now on to reserve since the online booking didn't work out so well with my requested location.

    We went for our anniversary, a little disappointed nobody said anything about it since we wrote it on reservation. Other than that, the walkmen we're amazing and we enjoyed our meal and the staff was quick and enjoyable

    We went to celebrate my daughters birthday. Told the hostess who blinked at me... band warming up and loud but we weren't seated there so it was fine. But we had the rudest server ever. Never looked at us, never even said hello. I was a waitress for many years and have much empathy for how stressful the job can be. But good grief. Rather than ask if we wanted more water she tossed a pitcher of water down as she walked by us. Never asked us how our food was and never smiled. Not one freaking time! The meal was over and we sat there for about 20 min. My 6 and 8 year old were antsy. We obviously weren't going to stay for desert because this woman was anything but kind nor attentive. After 20 min I took the kids outside to look at the fountain. Another 10 min later and the bus boy started to clear the table. My husband asked him for the check. 3 min later she comes by and just tossed the book at my husband. I had come in with the girls and now we are waiting for her to come back. Eventually my husband went to the bar to pay. The food was okay, but it's a kitschy place that we thought would be fun to celebrate my daughters birthday. Such a failure of an evening meal but we stopped for ice cream on the way home. The 16 year old kid at the ice cream shop that was packed still had the sense to smile, tell my kid happy birthday and gave her some extra sprinkles. This was an epic failure by Hard Rock Cafe. Unacceptable.

    Our waiter was very nice and helpful however I feel the whole experience was ruined by hostess Kelsey. Upon arrival we were informed out party was already seated - obviously not because we are all standing there waiting. She then tries to place 7 people in a 5 person booth and gets an extreme attitude when we say we aren’t all going to fit. She was also very rude to her other co workers and I feel it’s very poor customer service.

    Our food selections were delicious: Barbecue Bacon Burger and Southwest Chicken Bowl. We didn't check the cost before attending, so the outings was a bit more expensive than we expected. However, with the overall rise in inflation, the cost was probably typical. At any rate, we recommend the food at Hard Rock!
