We wanted to love, but didn't. The food was pretty good but we found the staff to be a bit young and not as skilled as what we were used too. Also, the staff was a bit too casual for our liking. We want high end all the way...after all ARIA is a nice resort and we would expect all restaurants to be as well.

Went there for lunch - server was extremely rude. I ordered a drink, lobster roll w/ a salad. After 45 minutes of waiting and not receiving any items I requested my drink to be cancelled. My order came before my drink - after my lunch came with fries instead of salad I asked for a salad. After they exchanged it my drink came which I declined since it was almost time to leave. My salad was brought to me without dressing - I was met with an annoyed attitude when I asked for dressing. Food was good - service wasn't great.

The staff at Salt & Ivy was very nice and accommodating. We arrived fifteen minutes early for our reservation and was able to be seated. This gave us a little extra time to catch our flight after eating. The food was very good and appealing. Our waiter, David, was attentive and he helped us with great choices. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. We look forward to going back for more tasty food and good times.

Al and all it was fine for a quick meal on the strip when everything is reservation only. We sat in the dining room and it was super loud from the construction next door. Not their fault. Service was great. Food was cold. The waffles are fantastic.

The hostesses couldn’t be more cold, rude, or more unprofessional all 4 of them. I’m glad I made a reservation 1 week in advance to then be told after I waited in line with everyone else that there was nothing on the patio. After being seated inside and then walking the patio myself and discovering several empty tables we were moved. At table one we sat there for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged and then after moving outside to the available patio area we then at table two we sat there for another 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. So save your money and head away from the strip to Honey Salt where they actually value their clientele. FYI I would have given 4 stars for the food but even was cold by the time it made it to the table. Also never once saw the manager so not sure who’s in charge there.

Reserved days ahead for lunch and still waited about 15 minutes for our table. Seems a lot of people walked up for the waiting list and some were sat immediately and others appropriately had to wait. Sat at a table facing the large group of people waiting just outside that kept staring in. Keeping the curtains closed may be beneficial for this awkwardness. Our server was nice and considerate of my food allergy (& was informed of it/remembered as I sat down). But even after ordering a modified item (cooked with less ingredients), he had to come back to the table after we’d been waiting awhile to inform me they couldn’t accommodate after all so I had to find something else. Didn’t really want to be limited to a veggie burger but that was the only item I could eat on the menu due to them not modifying anything with fewer ingredients, which was weird. It’s nice when restaurants don’t have things frozen to defrost/pre-mixed... but perhaps they only prepped so much at the beginning of the day ahead of an 11:30 lunch... It’s hard to say. Expanding the menu to allow a few more items for people that don’t eat red meat or chicken would be nice in 2021. The fries were great/fresh and perfect consistency and seasoning. I made the best of it and didn’t put up a big fuss but it was a bit disappointing when my allergy is to just one vegetable that is usually easy for restaurants to leave out/off.

Hostess was able to move up our reservation after we realized breakfast was only to 1100am and our reservation was for 1100am. She was cordial and helpful. Food and service was very good. Will be happy to return.

The hostess stand was uncommunicative and scattered. Even though we had reservations, they made us wait in line twice behind others that had no reservations. They weren't talking to each other and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Were seated 1/2 hr past our reservation time. The wait staff, however, were amazing and tried to make up for it.

MY FAVORITE PLACE IN LAS VEGAS! IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE- IT'S A MUST! We did outdoor seating in their patio and the ambiance is PERFECTION! Although you are outside by the pool- you'd never even know the pool was near! If you go for brunch- the breakfast sandwich- WOW!!!!! For lunch, I had third steak sandwich (I don't remember the name) but it was delicious with their parm/truffle fries! The mimosa's are made with natural orange juice and the bellini was delicious too! I'm telling you- it's a must! You won't regret it :)

It was great. Ate there twice during ate stay at the Aria. Beet salad was awesome and I had the veggie burger another day snd it was really good. My only negative comment is originally they tried to seat us in the buffet room. That was not at all appealing and we asked to move ambience was that if an airport or cafeteria. Main room or garden only.

I read so much about it and wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday and so I got a reservation on open table , told them it was her birthday and we would like a nice view When we arrived the hostess who left nothing to be surprised about with her choice of attire walked us in and turned around and seated us near the front opening , I asked if we could sit near the pool view windows which were warm with sunlight? She replied that she was told they aren’t serving there anymore ? I said but people are already sitting in that area ? My wife said him don’t worry it’s ok , halfway through our dinner the hostess sat somebody at the table I requested earlier ! We had to ask for refills after our beverages and water and it looked like waiter was trying to push us out since it was now nearing 2:00 their closing time ! On the way out I just calmly asked why she sat the other family in the sunny view table that we could not sit at and she said it was her managers choice to sit them there even though the restaurant was not full ! Great food , poor service , and questionable manager actions ! For the price I’d say take a pass

I had been to Herringbone, and was excited to come across Salt & Ivy. Yesterday, was the perfect day to be seated in the patio. My fiancé, friends, and I enjoyed bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s, which were fabulous! The food was also pretty delish, but the service was definitely superb!
