Eleven at Crystal Bridges
We specialize in modern American comfort food with an emphasis on traditions that hail from the “High South” region…the Ozarks. High South cuisine follows a long culinary history steeped in generations of food preparation centered on locally-produced ingredients. Careful never to manipulate the ingredients beyond their intended flavor profile, our chefs are nevertheless able to transform some of the simplest, most basic Southern staples into sophisticated presentations of earthy, rustic flavors and textures. The cuisine of Eleven not only nourishes, but tells a story—a story of the American spirit, inspired by the artworks, natural surroundings, and regional history connected to our Museum.
Lunch: Wednesday - Saturday & Monday: 11:00am - 2:30pm
Brunch: Sunday 11:00am - 2:30pm
We were very disappointed and left without eating. The brunch advertised vegetables, freshly made Eggs Benedict, and a great buffet. Our reservation was at 1 PM and we were told no more eggs, there were no veggies, the grits looked dried out and the salad was very picked over. At $24 per plate, this was not acceptable.
We had the Veterans Day Brunch it was delicious!! The Shrimp and Grits were delicious as was everything else. The 24.98 for the Buffet was definitely worth the price!! All the food was Fresh, Hot and Tasty. Even had a Bloody Mary Bar. Don’t miss attending a brunch here.
Our waiter was very accommodating to our son’s gluten free needs and asked questions to clarify.
There appeared to be too few wait staff. We waited 50 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Our waitress, Mary, busted her butt but there was nothing she could do to speedup service. The long wait has happened before. Will try the Hive at 21 next time attending an event at Crystal Bridges.
EXECELLENT FOOD... HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had to ask our waiter where our food was and he said they were very busy yet other tables around us were waited upon well before we were! Needless to say he only got a 10% tip
My husband and I both had the pork chop which was amazing. The setting was glorious and the food was exceptional. Our server was wonderful And offered me fresh fruit instead of bread when he found out I was gluten free. And he brought cornbread bread for my husband.
Only one drawback to eating here is that it’s slow food. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. That said, it was well worth the wait.
We enjoyed brunch before touring the museum and exploring the trails. Service was good however food took quite a while to get which we did not mind because of the beautiful views around us!
Love this restaurant. Always a treat for me and my hubby for Sunday brunch.
This is an elegant museum restaurant with great options for both lunch and dinner, very good wines, good service, beautiful views, reasonable prices. I couldn’t have been more pleased..
We had dinner at Eleven on our recent visit to Crystals Bridges. The menu selection was impressive and the food was very tasty. Our waiter, Matt, was great. He made suggestions about the menu and also gave a lot a good information about the museum. The setting for restaurant has a beautiful view of the water feature and the another portion of the museum. Matt pointed out some of the art we were looking at and was knowledgeable about the artists.
Come for the incredible art and nature venue, stay for the food!
Beautiful. Love the food. Fast and courteous service.
Lovely view and great service. Our waiter was wonderful. Food was good although my partner thought the Benedict was a bit ordinary. Value, given the atmosphere, was about right.
Absolutely beautiful dining room! We enjoyed the live music and the excellent waitstaff. We were very well cared for. From the hand crafted cocktails to innovative desert every morsel of our meal was superb !
Well prepared good in an incredible space which changes as night falls. Evening music added to ambiance. Perfect steak, delicious lamb.
Jerome is our favorite!
Special experience to dine right in Crystal Bridges and still feel as if on an island. Food, service and setting made for a special, easy time with loved ones. Will definitely return.
We brought out of town guests to see the museum and tour the FLW house. One of us had the shrimp and grits which was good. Three of us had the Lafayette sandwich which was very disappointing. The ham was not shaved as described on the menu, was too tough to chew because of the fat and gristle. My egg was overdone.
The setting is so serene, you’ll tell your grand children about it.
Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you. Nice all inclusive day out with art and dinner.
We always enjoy going for Sunday brunch. We need to go in the evening firing the week.
People in the group would have liked more choices on the menue.
Fabulous brunch and excellent service!
Perfect evening in every way!
We were there on a Thursday night. the food was very good and out of the ordinary. we especially loved the jazz duo. I would go back to hear them often. the service was super! she checked on us, answered all our questions and was pleasant all around. it was so nice to be in that atmosphere and enjoy our meal.
I love Eleven. My sister and I visited Eleven on our vacation to the area in 2016. Now, we've moved here and intend to stay, and we will be frequent visitors to Eleven forever more. Eleven is WONDERFUL!
We had a wonderful meal to end our day at Crystal bridges. Food was creative and well prepared.
Tried the Tasting Menu . . . AMAZING!!!
I was disappointed in the small variety of food selection. The selections were only morning brunch items and we were there at noon. Portions were small.
Always enjoy eating at Eleven. Love to bring friends who have never eaten there, they are always surprised. The staff is wonderful! The view is so beautiful.
This was my first time time dining at Eleven. The food was wonderful! Usually food at museums is high priced junk food, I had the trout sandwich and it was amazing!
Menu selection was disappointing With new chef...food quantity & quality was less also...very expensive
Service was terrible, food came out cold. Beautiful views!
We ate at Eleven in conjunction with a visit to the museum. The pork chop was among the best ever.
There was a jazz combo playing which made the ambiance exceptional. Overall, the best meal of a three day stay in Bentonville.
Always a pleasure to dine at 11! Went up to visit Crystal Bridges and we took advantage of being there to have dinner at 11. The four of each ordered a different entree and we agreed they were all great - excellent preparation and taste. Wait staff was personable and on top of everything. So nice to run into this consistency.
We had a Sunday brunch reservation for 11 am on July 8. We were there promptly and were seated at about 11:05. We got drinks promptly and ordered from the menu -- quiche, a burger and The Lafayette. At 11:50 am we were finally served. There was not a crowd; the dining room was about half filled by the time we were served.
The quiche was extremely over-cooked, the burger was greasy and the Lafayette was nothing that should have a name attached to it.
We have eaten many times at Eleven over the past few years, and the quality of the food has gone steadily downhill from a very good menu in the beginning to what now I would judge unacceptable if our experience yesterday is an indicator.
I will recommend to my friends that they not eat at Eleven.
Dining while watching the fish in the ponds of the Crystal Bridges museum and the birds in the woods is an experience. The appetizer (trout ruillet) and main courses (flat iron steak, leg of lamb) were great. One of the desserts (pineapple pound cake) was ordinary but the other (flourless chocolate cake) was superb. Will return again if opportunity arises.
I made reservations to avoid an excessive wait. Service was cordial but slow initially, just to get water and take our order. After almost an hour, guests at other tables who arrived after us were served. Apparently, our food was given to a different table. Instead of telling us initially, no updates were given and excuses were made. Our meals were eventually served, and although not hot they were generally good. I would have appreciated a more upfront approach to the mistake as opposed to trying to mask it. The waitress offered a very sincere apology and the manager did not charge for our meal. I think under other circumstances this would have been a better review, but it may be a while before I go back.
It would be so nice on summer events in the Forest Saturday nights if Eleven would NOT close at 6 pm,.
It would be nice to have dinner at Eleven /drinks and then walk over to the Concert in the Forest.
Because it closes at 6 on Saturday nite we had dinner at another location on the square and then came back for the Concert in the Forest .
We make it a point to eat at Eleven every time we visit Bentonville. It is one of our favorite night's out.
