   Everyone, as usual, stopped by to check on us. Both my wife and I have been in the service industry and love seeing how all the staff (from supervisors to whatever) help each other without hesitation. Salad bar was great, as usual, and meats were great, as usual. I still wish you carried white burgundy, but maybe that has not worked with your clientele. Keep up the good work and Thanks!

   Always an incredible experience. My mom loves to come here when she's visiting from out of town, and she always requests her steak well-done (which I know is a bit out-of-the-ordinary). This trip, she brought her boyfriend, who likes his steak the same way. I take my steak medium, but I know the work it takes to cook the meat to well-done, and the staff were extremely attentive, even on a busy weekend evening. Multiple people were extremely kind and welcoming, and the experience only worked to solidify why this is my favorite restaurant. Of course, the food was excellent, as always. My favorite is picanha, and they made sure to bring it by consistently.

   Great food and salad bar. Annoying guest on next table, swearing didn’t make the evening pleasant. Not the restaurants fault, but they did seem to cater to them without comment.

    Very noisy, could not have conversation without yelling. Must be a big meat eater to make it worth the price. Staff very friendly and attentive.

    As always this was a wonderful experience. The food is incredible. The service was outstanding. We go there for our anniversary every year and have never been disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and those that have gone had the same experience as me. Highly recommend.

    Love coming here, all our favorite cuts were served. Management was kind, remembered us and is never afraid to step in and say hello. Staff was helpful, attentive to our dining needs and handled plates/flatware with poise and great care.

    This was our first time eating here. It won’t be out last. It’s the perfect special occasion restaurant. The ambiance was over the top. As was the impeccable service. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend Chama Gaucha.

    My husband, son, and I dined this past Saturday and the experience was exceptional. The meats were phenomenal and the waitstaff was incredibly attentive and hard working. I highly recommend it as the top Brazilian steakhouse in San Antonio.

    Our main waitress was not what I am used to when eating at this great restaurant. She forgot dessert menus, coffee, among other key items. She rolled her eyes at me several times. I didn’t see this but my daughters did and notified me. The management is great. They compensated me for my tip. Summary, management is amazing as always, but the wait staff is who deal with at the table. What I saw last night needs to be remedied. I will be back. One waitstaff won’t ruin our family of the experience.

    We hadn't been here in a while, and the food was every bit as good as we remembered. And the service was also impeccable. The wine steward was very knowledgeable and suggested a bottle that was wonderful and a fair price. The staff also worked with us to get us in, even though the reservations looked full.

    The food is always fresh, tasty and delicious. The staff is extremely attentive and your side dishes are always full and replaced without asking. The salad bar is a meal in itself. Again, everything is fresh and tasty and a good variety. Well worth the money.

    Been there many times. Brought an out of town business partner, mainly to experience the outstanding service level. The food was good, although no one was at the salad bar to dispense the Balsamic dressing. The meat was excellent, but there didn’t seem to be as many choices. The managers were outstanding as usual, but didn’t come to our table but once. Our Brandy Alexander was ok, but they’ve made much better, not sure why the difference. It was a nice evening, but not the “wow” experience I’ve come to expect from my favorite San Antonio restaurant.
