We haven’t been to Bourbon Steak for several years and now I wish we came more often! The food was delicious, service was fantastic and the vibe was awesome. Afterwards we walked outside to a huge patio area with a center bar, plenty of seating with fire pits and great music. Almost felt like we were out of town at something you would expect to see in California near the beach. We will definitely be back soon! I would highly recommend checking this place out.

We have dined several times at the Bourbon Steak in DC and loved the food and service there. The Scottsdale Bourbon Steak did not meet our expectations given what we had experienced previously. The shrimp cocktail and NY Strip I ordered were bland and unremarkable. The mixed mushroom and cippolini onion sides were fine. Hoping that was just one off night.

Both the service and the food was excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We had a flambé dessert that was both delicious and beautiful. It is spendy, but a wonderful meal.

We went to Bourbon Streak for our 2 year wedding anniversary. They gave us a comp toast, and an app. Service was great. Friendly staff perfect lighting. All and all definitely coming back.

Very uneven service and pacing. Drink orders were ridiculously slow. Food was generally good, but it feels like it has lost a step versus the other high-end steakhouses in town.

Went here for my birthday. The music was really loud so people had to speak loudly to hear anyone. The server was nice, but it took a while to get the food, the table side tomahawk was a little too Smokey and whatever he put on top splattered all over and on my husbands shirt. The water was always full, but after 2 1/2 hours we were ready to leave and couldn’t find the waiter for the check. Used to like this place but the quality went down, especially for the price.

We found the flavor of the food to be bland. The steak was supposed to be the star but the free table tastings tasted more flavorful. I ordered the wagyu pave ribeye and it was over-cooked and had little flavor. We ordered whipped potatoes with the asparagus gratin which were also just okay. We spend twice as much for less food and flavor here than we did at other upscale steakhouses. The service was great. The ambience was interesting. The entrance was a super dark room but they walk you into the natural lite dining room. I can see how some would like that while others feel it’s disconnected. Overall, I would not eat here again. I don’t want to risk another several hundred dollars to find out I was right about the food.

They took some of our favorite menu items off of the menu (lettuce cups, fries rice) which was unfortunate. Ordered the fish and it was extremely fishy tasting.

The music was so loud that you had to shout to each other, and it wasn’t even busy yet. The AC was set to frigid. We ended up on the patio, which was a huge improvement. The service was very good. The food was just ok.

Amazing as usual! Milan was our server and he provided a great dining experience for us. Menu was explained in detail so we had a good idea of what to expect from every item, which made ordering appetizers and sides for our entrees very easy. Wine pairing complemented our food perfectly, and it worth mentioning that food was being brought out at a good pace so we never felt rushed nor waited too long. Although we were full before desserts came out, we had to try some beignets and they were to die for! This is was one of many great experiences at Bourbon Steak, and another reason to keep coming back.

We were staring at the fairmont but honestly bourbon was one of the reasons I chose the fairmont. They duck fat fries to start with dipping sauces are so tasty and unique. Make sure to upgrade to the Parker rolls they are also phenomenal and they put garlic truffle in as their unique twist. The steak is phenomenal and so is the Caesar salad. We were so stuffed we couldn’t even make it to dessert or the sides. Service was also fantastic!

Absolutely loved celebrating our wedding anniversary here! The staff was exceptional and they made us feel so special! You have to get the lobster pot pie, and we paired it with a ribeye for a surf and turf! So good! Can’t wait to go back!

Second time to Bourbon Steak. Two years ago the food and service was incredible. Not sure if it was an off night for the chef and staff, or the place has suffered a precipitous decline since our last visit. The evening began with an unpleasant hostess who seemed annoyed to see us. The service was attentive but the waiter was clearly out of his depth and generally not at the level you'd expect from a high-end steak house. Our meals were merely average, nothing memorable and a long away from exceptional. The overall end-to-end experience was an easy 2 stars below what we have become accustom to at the other fine dining steak houses in town.

We usually go to Bourbon OC but we are in town for a Conference and wanted to try AZ. We were disappointed. Seafood feasted frozen defrosted and chilled lobster had no flavor. They didn’t bring any truffle infused rolls and found out after they are only on request but aren’t on the menu. My steak was excellent but my husband’s had to be sent back as not rare. But they did fix it. It was okay but for 4 people tax and tip, $869 was not worth it

We were really excited to try this one. A little let down when scallops were $45 and only received 3 on the plate. The flavor and dessert was amazing. Just left feeling not satisfied and after spending $300 it’s not fun to want to go get something else to eat.
