    不知道是因為週日的關係，報道等待等候進入用餐，入場上餐桌後，掃完QR點完餐下樓結完帳，等餐等待非常久⋯⋯飲料杯也不先上⋯在外面等待的客人是很熱的～～好歹飲料杯先上來給人解渴一下吧～總之就是一整個感覺他們人手不足，連我隔壁桌的也是也只有等～～

    整體用餐狀況都還不錯，危機處理也是蠻迅速的，之後也還是會繼續再回訪用餐。

    同事、家人聚餐的好地方，食材、湯頭都在水準之上，超高的CP值，特別推薦雙主餐和風火鍋，值得一來再來的餐廳。

    晚上11點用餐，服務人員不夠，卻一直讓客人進來裡面等。 醬料碟來不及補、火鍋料吃一半了，肉還沒上。如果需要服務，要遇到服務人員是非常困難。 火鍋湯底也等不到來加過一次，勉強把食材都煮完，湯也乾到鍋底了。 最後用完餐，等不到服務人員送冰醋來，只好離場。

    臭豆腐鍋的味道超級臭，一進去後味道超級難聞。拜託公司不要再賣這種鍋底了，真的是替員工們感到痛苦，每天聞受得了嗎….

    訂位時間到了往往都還是需要等15～20分鐘才能叫到用餐，這樣事先訂位就失去意義了，訂位系統有待加強

    好吃實惠，環境寬敞空間舒適,生意興隆，聲音也挺大的，服務人員親切接待，電子化點餐很方便快速，愉快的用餐經驗！

    我看到清潔人員清桌子時，摸了上一桌客人用過的衛生紙，後來沒換手套又繼續擺餐具給下一桌客人 我覺得蠻不衛生了

    環境吵雜，很多用餐完畢後的餐桌都沒收，任憑小朋友在走道上玩耍，明顯人手不足，應該適時調整人力或是減收以維護品質
