   Often go to the Keg for it's value, service and good food in a Steakhouse. The service by our waiter, Ross was outstanding, very pleasent individual with attention to every detail making our evening out enjoyable, however our mixed green salad lettuce was limp due to drowning in vinaigrette dressing, the Calamari was excellent as usual as was the baked potato and bottle of wine. Only hiccup was our steaks although cooked perfectly had to be swapped between plates!

   We’ve had good experiences here. I’m not sure what was up today, but our waiter was struggling, though nice. The food was very good.

   If you are looking for delicious prime ribs, this is your place. It's best to make a reservation during busy times. We wanted to celebrate mother's day and thus went on a Sat to avoid the sunday rush. Our only issue this time is that the food took forever to come ou. The table next to us who ordered their main entrees 15 minutes after us got their prime ribs before us and our server never once came to give us an update on our food status, eventually the all of our prime ribs came out and 2 of them tasted great. One came really done which is surprising but we are hungry and didn't have time to wait even longer. Hopefully they can resolve the kitchen issue and inform customers of their food status.

   Excellent service our waitress was great but unfortunately, all of our steaks were overcooked. The manager did take 2 of them off our bill. Salad and sides were pretty good.

   Waited 1 hour & 15 min to get our food. Prime Rib was very tough. Fish was a little over-cooked; potatoes had no flavor, and asparagus was not cooked enough! I could not taste or see any rum in my $10 diet coke. Our server was very nice, but it was not his fault. The four of us agreed that we will not return for $42 entrees described above!

    Great service (Johnathan), steaks were excellent, bread was over the top good! We have not been to the Keg in a number of years because of poor service. So glad to see that has significantly improved. The Keg is now on our dinner restaurant rotation!
