   Dear Fogo de Chao team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your San Francisco location during my daughter's 20th birthday celebration. I was excited to celebrate this special occasion at your restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Firstly, upon being seated, our server failed to greet us or take our drink orders. Additionally, despite our request for a happy birthday celebration for my daughter, it was not acknowledged or celebrated. These basic hospitality gestures were sorely missed and detracted from our dining experience. Furthermore, we were left without water for the first 30 minutes of being seated, and our side dishes and bread were not served until an hour after our dinner was served. As a paying customer, I expect to receive prompt service and timely delivery of my food, especially considering the premium prices charged at Fogo de Chao. Overall, the service we received was far from what we expected, and it was particularly disappointing given the special occasion we were celebrating. I hope that your team takes the necessary steps to address these issues and ensure that they do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

   Amazing night and experience. Our host Luciana was so helpful and receptive to our asks. She made a feel so welcomed, we really enjoyed our food and her hospitality! Advice: Make sure you ask for the sauces they elevate the meal and bring the meats to the next level!

   I love the food , service was 100% every one will come to check how everything was in our table and they give us free cake with a candle for my boyfriend’s birthday . They make us feel a very special moment. Thank you !

   Made reservations for a birthday. Was told we would receive a free dessert with candle and sing happy birthday. That never happened. Birthday was not honored.Highly disappointed.

    Service was horrible this time. They would literally pass by our table without stopping and when they did show up they seemed miserable. Meat was not that tasty. Definitely recommend Espetus over this restaurant.

    Showed up at my reservation time, and like others, was forced to wait an hour to get seated after being told it would only be 15-20 minutes. Definitely sympathetic to the restaurant being busy and servers being slammed, however we received no service after being seated and had to flag our server to place an order and then waited an additional half an hour to get any sauce to go with the meat which came only after flagging the server multiple times. Food quality wasn’t there for what you are paying for, and the drinks were watered down. While I want to give benefit of the doubt that this being Valentine’s Day was just an off day for the restaurant, it seems like unfortunately my experience is the same as others who came earlier this year.

    Horrible service. I have been to multiple Fogo de Chao locations in other states and this place is horribly run. First of all I made reservations yet I still had to wait when I got to the restaurant. Meal started out good and then it rapidly declined from there. In other locations the meat selection is suppose to have different temperatures of meat but apparently it looks like this location did get that training. All the meat was pretty much rare even though I asked for medium rare which is a big difference. I asked my waitress for our sides and 45 minutes later when I was done eating I never received them. Then when I was ready to leave I saw her walking by and asked for the check and she tells me she doesn’t know because she is not our waitress anymore. HORRIBLE..

    Not sure if they thought this would be a Mixer or what, but there were only three tables and two bars set up across from the terrific Buffet. We had to ask for a few more hightops and stools for guests who couldn't balance food and drinks at the same time. Staff took note and hopefully this issue will be addressed for next time. Wait staff was very good. Ambience was fun for Carnevale.

    Monday's lunch was like eating in a cafeteria with poorly dressed Moscone Center staff. Salad bar selections continue to disappoint. Service was sketchy. Espetus (seven blocks away) is definitely the better choice.

    Meat is their focus but not great quality or taste. No meat options other than the 73 dollar “experience” They fill you up on bread and salad bar, then they start with the cheap stuff, sausage, chicken etc. When they start serving beef it’s the cheap cuts first, the final cuts are rib eye and filet, but by then you are full. Carnivors are wise to go elsewhere.
