   We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time. The restaurant was clean, had lots of natural light which was nice and appealing to the eye. The food was just “OK”, nothing to write home about. The salad bar was fully stocked and about half of the item seemed really fresh. I noticed that the pineapple used for drinks at the bar and also at the salad bar were way past looking fresh. The pieces were riddled with brown spots and were soggy looking. They should have been discarded. Some of the salads available looked like they should have been replaced…like yesterday. The biggest disappointment was our server. She was unfriendly and actually seemed bothered by the fact that she was working. She chose to stand in the bar area for most of the time we were dining. We had to ask other staff to ask her to come to our table. I had to ask for a Diet Coke three times. My husbands cup of coffee came after we paid the bill. We also ordered a virgin Bloody Mary. I’m not sure how it was made, but it tasted awful. It tasted like sprite mixed with tomato juice. We addressed this with our server and she could have cared less, just removed the drink from our table. We were still charged for the drink. I have had 3 children work in the restaurant industry. I know it is not an easy job. What I do know is that if you are a server, your are supposed to serve the parties sitting in your section, and at least try to be be nice, check in on them every once in a while. Great service normally has the benefit of getting an awesome tip. I normally give a minimum 20% tip, in CASH, for great service. Our server didn’t get a very good tip, she provided lousy service and actually looked mad/upset that she was working. This was a disappointing evening, we were excited to try this place out. Not sure if I will be coming back or if I would make a recommendation to someone to give it a try.

   Service was really good and place is very attractive. Market table selection and food were very good. All skewered meat was a little dry.

   Most meats were coming out as medium well. Would have preferred medium rare

   The food was good. Our first server seemed really confused, then a second server came and took over. We had to wait a little for our reservation but not too long.

   this was probably the worst experiences at fogo lol our RSVP was at 7pm, got there 655pm but didnt get to be seated until 730pm, no big deal its a Saturday and we get that there were alof of customers already waiting...but after we were seated, for maybe 20min, the staffs with the food keep passing us even tho our 'green' card were on, all four of us! after maybe another 10min, when our waiter asked us how we were doing. we informed him the issue and he asked the staff to come to our table. food were brought to us from 5 different staffs. after that, another 30min pass, no food at all LOL it was bad that, the same staff brought the same steak to the table next to us three times in 30min but he never came to us LOL

   First, despite having a reservation, we were made to wait 10–15 minutes past our scheduled time, which was fine, but unfortunately, our experience quickly declined afterward. Service was sluggish—we waited quite a while before anyone took our drink order. Throughout the night, multiple staff members attended to our table, making it unclear who our actual waiter was. Adding to the poor first impression, our plates arrived to our table drenched in water. Having visited many Brazilian steakhouses, including this location before, we have a good sense of what meats we enjoy. To our surprise, the chicken and pork were the standout options. None of the steaks were enjoyable; they had an unpleasant odor, resembling old socks, and appeared unappetizing with a stringy texture. Additionally, it took far too long for any meat to arrive at our table. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we are now reconsidering whether we will return to this location.

   This was my 8th trip to Fogo this year and will probably be my last, This used to be a restaurant with high standards but it keeps dropping every time I come back. It starts with no dress code enforced - - people are dressed like slobs and are allowed in and then we're seated at a tiny table in the middle of the room with people walking all around us, not very relaxing. Service was slow and inattentive. We waited almost 10 minutes before our server came to take our drink order and then another 10 to bring our splits of wine, and the sparking wine (Chandon) was warm - it should have been chilled/cold. I was ready to order a nice bottle of Malbec but no one brought me a wine list and after getting the warm wine, I lost my interest. I mentioned this to the server but she just shrugged and walked away. We asked for lamb chops and it took half an hour to arrive. I asked for medium-rare and most of my cuts were medium-well. I did not feel like I got my moneys worth. The saving grace of the evening was the Market Table - great selections and very tasty. I'll give this place a rest before I try it again. Many other places I can spend $300-$500 for a nice dinner that I'll really enjoy!!!

   Came here for a bourbon and steak event and it was great. Very well paced and food was very good. Will definitely come back and highly recommend
