   Overall very good, but a bit too focused on teaching you how to take the correct photos rather than the food experience itself, despite the fish being very fresh. Would return but will probably ask them to provide less “explanation/introduction”.

   非常美的一場饗宴，食材本身也是可圈可點，師傅們都很熱情用心地招待，也很積極鼓勵我們在完美的燈光下為美食拍照。 唯一有些溝通疏漏的部分：我們是訂午餐時段用餐，用餐前是預定享用商業午餐，但是確認訂位時電話中並未詢問，只問了忌口食材。現場入座後也未核對，結帳時才知道直接幫我們做了$6600的價位的料理。

   有備注生日，但是感覺他們是只服務熟客的餐廳，所以沒有任何服務，對外來客很疏離，體驗不是很好，建議如果沒有這項服務的話，可以在餐廳介紹裡面再提醒一下。然後幫熟客拍照可以，但影響到旁邊客人用餐，不管不顧撞到就不合理，應該不是這個價位會出現的服務。 對了，菜單兩年都沒有什麼新意，加油。

   This is one of the most amazing sushi restaurants we have ever visited. The food is nothing like you would expect every dish is delicious and so beautifully presented by the chef and his team. We had an amazing Sake that complimented the wonderful food. The level of service is exceptional and very relaxed. The ambiance is so beautiful and gives you the feeling of being in an aquarium.

   在濟安鮨用餐的體驗非常愉快。新鮮的壽司和精緻的擺盤令人驚艷，尤其是發辦壽司，口感絕佳。餐廳的裝飾也很美，營造出優雅的氛圍。壽司師傅熱情周到，讓人感受到賓至如歸的感覺。每一口都充滿了海洋的鮮味，絕對是值得再次光顧的地方。

   食物沒有缺點，非常的棒，服務也很不錯，大家都很親切。裝潢非常特別很有一種在美術藝廊吃飯的感覺。唯一就是價格略高了一點，不過這就是美食的代價吧。

    One of the best omakase experiences I’ve ever had! It even beats those with Michelin stars. This is my second experience with them, and this time I was served by their head chef. After learning that I was a returning guest, the chef slightly changed the menu, and the overall experience was awesome. An additional recommendation would be to include wine pairing; that would be perfect!
