一、本店座位為四人桌，若您訂5位以上(含5位)，用餐座位會自動安排分為兩桌以上位置，桌距皆為走道，如6位，會安排兩張四人桌(分開坐)，以此類推。

二、用餐座位皆依現場狀況安排，無法指定座位，餐廳保留最終安排座位之權利。

三、除導盲犬外，禁止攜帶寵物。

四、本店附設停車場僅有10個車位，無法提供保留，目前沒有配合特約停車場，步行距離最近為市政地下公園停車場(丙出口方向)

五、訂位時間保留10分鐘，用餐兩小時。

    好幾年沒吃了 臨時看到能訂位 就訂了 我覺得變的很⋯不好吃⋯服務除了經理正常其他的⋯嗯⋯下次吃估計又是好幾年之後了吧⋯

    88號服務的很好也很貼心都會拿濕紙巾給我們擦手手 不會等太久而且食物也不錯特地來台中吃屋馬的有機會會再來吃其他服務的人也都很有禮貌也很貼心

    一般來講不錯，大節日等用餐流程不佳 QRCode點餐介面不清楚，組合型商品點餐較爲划算，但可能會有不喜歡的品項參雜其中，魚料理特別好吃😋，非常推薦

    出餐速度有夠慢 ，小朋友的餐具剛進去就跟他們說了都吃完了還沒送來，主食也是最後面才送來是要讓我們單吃白飯嗎 服務人員真的有待加強，拖拖拉拉的，第一次去就遇到這樣的事，體驗有夠差 下次不會想再去了

    不住台中，很久沒拜訪屋馬，這次帶女兒一起用餐 謝謝#95及#100的兩位漂亮女生(很抱歉不知道名字，只看到牌子）服務周到有禮外，感受到親子友善😊小朋友有時還不曉得禮貌應對會亂講話，謝謝體諒

    服務品質普通 食物品質不錯 前面服務的人員感覺17:00就累了 講話冷冷的 可能連假客人很多辛苦了

    雞湯很好喝！四個人吃3人豪華全牛套餐就吃的蠻飽的，整體都不錯吃，泡菜和海鮮粥很優，可惜美國韓風小牛排都是筋（味道不錯）

    訂座 19:45 2位，20:15 才安排入坐。還是被安排在門口最出的卡位位置 , 人來人往加上當晚風比較大，用餐環境普通。因為等久了比較餓，怕要求轉位就要再等到不知道什麼時候，所以沒有要求換座位。 點餐後有經理來跟我們道歉。說飲品小食可以跟他們隨便點。後來點了兩杯酒精飲品等了差不多半小時才有...埋單發現飲品沒有免費，可能是我理解錯誤吧...? 當晚的確比較繁忙，我沒有提問就結帳走了。點了個二人豪華全牛套，沙律好食，肉的質量很好，醬料亦很美味 , 店員有很貼心幫忙烤大蝦。

    我訂位晚上7:15，7:13就已經到現場但是等到7:30分才被帶進場，40分就點好了，但是8:00我們的桌上只有一盤泡菜跟一碗白飯，等了很久肚子真的很餓，有點小失望但是後面餐點品質還是很不錯的，就是時間要等很久
