   這次的用餐體驗是在最近兩年裡，十次裡最差強人意的一次。針對肉品沒有像之前客製搭配的概念不說，整體的服務也是過於粗糙。 在用餐途中隨意把清酒瓶拿走，應該是在確認品項與價格，如果對餐廳裡自己的酒品不了解其實沒有關係，但事先知會一聲會比較恰當。最後結帳也是拿走客人的手機（因為載具）長達十分鐘之久，這類的狀況是不是有更適合的處理方式呢？

   服務非常客製化 烤肉人員對肉品的要求與理解讓人印象深刻 用餐過程中很注重服務的小細節 例如肉品的搭配 小菜供給量的彈性 跟整體用餐的流暢度 回客率百分之百

   這次是點極上套餐整體吃下來覺得不錯，且不會覺得太過油膩 ，整體搭配不錯，特別提醒前面第一道是生肉唷，服務員也會問所以不敢吃的應該可以換， 最後由於我們吃完後覺得還有空間可以吃，點上了切邊肉最後結束，整體下來如果不加點東西差不多一個半小時結束

   和牛新鮮，chef 用心燒烤調味變化不大。主要是用日式燒烤醬調味，口味比較甜。如能用原味燒烤配不同的鹽，口味不會太單一。仍有，整個套餐都是烤肉，如能多加一些綠色蔬菜來配搭會對和牛油膩的口感有澸清的幫助。

   牛肉食料㕑司挑選過，新鮮而不同部位牛肉也用心處理。服務生熱心問客人燒烤熟度適合否。唯一缺點是配菜不多，用蔥或蛋黃或白飯來配搭。和牛本身油質豐富，燒烤後雖然入口美味但整套餐都只是和牛而沒其他配菜來減低油質，餐後有點油膩感覺。

   One of the best meals I have ever had. The staff was not only friendly and proficient, but they used Google Translator to explain each one of the dishes: what it was, how it was cooked and how I should eat it. The spicy oil was so good I got two jars to bring back home!

   一樓是吧台，二樓是座位，店不大需要提前預約；服務費給的心甘情願；肉類都處理得很好；套餐吃下來很飽，希望未來有滿足肉食動物的專門套

    We were very impressed by the ox tongue that’s very tender and flavourful. Beef tartar and beef rice were great. It was an exquisite dining experience
