一、本店座位為四人桌，若您訂5位以上(含5位)，用餐座位會自動安排分為兩桌以上位置，桌距皆為走道，如6位，會安排兩張四人桌(分開坐)，以此類推。

二、用餐座位皆依現場狀況安排，無法指定座位，餐廳保留最終安排座位之權利。

三、除導盲犬外，禁止攜帶寵物。

四、本店附設停車場僅有10個車位，無法提供保留，目前沒有配合特約停車場，步行距離最近為市政地下公園停車場(丙出口方向)

五、訂位時間保留10分鐘，用餐兩小時。

    屋馬國安店位於米平方廣場內，光是在走進這裡高級感跟時尚氛圍就爆棚了，加上店內裝潢員工服務態度，食材更是好吃，每一次的用餐經驗都是正能量幸福感滿滿

    掃碼點餐系統不夠理想 總共重新點了三四次才成功 另外 有幾位服務人員沒有即時理會客人需求 有些服務要一講再講才來幫忙

    二次南下來吃，這次跟朋友帶先生來暖壽跟嚐鮮，我惦記著雞湯，朋友惦記著海鮮粥，餐點一樣好吃，服務也是好的沒話說！下次有機會來台中旅遊，會再來光臨！小小心願：如果新北也有那就好了~~~^0^

    我這次六個同事，點了兩份套餐快6000，其實我覺得服務沒特別好，也不會吃到覺得飽足，如果以這價錢來看。 另外是我不知道怎麼去叫服務員，一開始也沒人介紹，然後要換烤網要叫人也很難叫，肉品也不知道吃了什麼，最後當然他問我都有上嗎，我也不知道，應該是要有張紙在桌上點一道劃一道吧？ 如果今天人均500-600我會覺得沒事，只是人均1000我覺得這個錢沒有很值得～

    在座位上已經都送來食材了 可是卻沒送筷子給我 然後送來一份一整塊的牛舌 完全不知道怎麼吃 是忘記送剪刀嗎？ 後來在菜單點了和牛翼板牛排 菜單上是四片 結果送來只有一塊 服務人員說克數是一樣的，圖片忘了換 後來又補了一份切好四片的… 一整個用餐體驗不是很好

    食物上很優！很多商店推出的和牛肉品覺得就屋馬的最好吃。CP值也很讚。 服務上、不知道是服務員有心事還是怎樣⋯⋯厭世感無敵重是覺得我們客人很煩嗎？

    上菜的速度密集到要趕著烤趕著吃, 桌面完全沒有位置還是會一直送上來, 根本不知道自己烤的是什麼部位. 工作人員很忙很辛苦.

    2/3都是肥肉2盤直接請店員收走，孕婦工作人員完全無服務，都需要親自請來換烤盤，跟以前服務差很多，可以去其他間燒烤了。
