我們相信，料理不只是味覺的滿足，更是一段關於時節、心意與溫度的對話。

味良壽司誕生於一個簡單卻堅定的信念——
用季節與職人手藝，端出一餐值得記住的風景。

在這裡，每一道料理都是當日選材、即時靈感的延伸；我們不追求浮誇，只專注於「剛剛好」的真實：
剛剛好的食材、剛剛好的心情、剛剛好的一席位子。

我們不在黃金地段，但我們希望吸引真正懂得慢下來、靜靜享受的人。
尤其每到秋冬，意外成為味良最熱鬧的時節——原來有些人願意為了一份用心，走得更遠。

● 訂位與消費說明
• 全面採用線上訂位，不開放電話與現場候位。
• 開放時段為每日兩場：11:00 / 18:00。
• 餐點提供內容：
• 無菜單料理套餐：$2500 / 位（另收10%服務費）
• 視季節提供部分限定單品或加點選項
• 每場僅接待極少席次，請準時抵達（保留時間為10分鐘）。
• 本餐廳主打生食與時令海鮮，如有過敏或飲食限制，請提前告知。
• 每週二固定公休。
• 成功訂位後，我們將透過 LINE 或簡訊通知，並於用餐前一日再次發送確認通知，
請務必點選連結完成「確認或取消」動作。

● 訂金與取消規則
• 訂位需預先付款，每位訂金為 $2750（含套餐與服務費）。
• 匯款完成即視為訂位保留成功，付款資訊將於訂位後發送至您的聯絡手機。
• 請於收到付款通知後 24 小時內完成匯款，並回傳明細以供核對。
• 若未於期限內完成付款，系統將於隔日 23:59 自動取消訂位。
• 取消規則：
• 用餐前三日內取消，除非遇不可抗力（如班機、船班停駛等），恕不退還訂金。

可以近距離欣賞師傅料理的方式，從器皿搭配到店裡氛圍、料理都可以感受到店家滿滿的用心，真的超級好吃！！

The place is a little hard to find, sort of on an alley off an alley and perhaps a little rough looking area (though no safety concerns). But once you find the place, it is simple and beautiful inside. From start to finish, the food was incredible. We sat at the bar counter and watched the chef make ever dish with incredible precision and deftness. It was great to watch and even better to eat. It is true omakase. There is no menu and the chef makes what is fresh caught that day. We had probably 20 individual dishes and pieces over the course of the evening and every one was really great. It’s literally the best Japanese food experience I’ve ever had We also added the optional sake pairings. I am definitely not a sake expert, but I found each one to be very good and unique. They did seem to pair well with the course. It’s definitely a great experience A couple notes. They want you to prepay the dining fee (which was 5500 NT$ for two). We received an emailed link for bank transfer- which didn’t work for us. We had the hotel call and it was ok to pay there They don’t take cc. So cash or prepay.

2022年7月開關一個人來吃過，印象深刻用當地漁貨當食材，很新鮮！老闆也很用心這次從香港回台灣帶老公一起來品嚐老公直誇讚，有驚喜、很好吃

生魚片與壽司食材選用澎湖當季漁獲，不花俏直接以新鮮度決勝負，輔以部份進口食材、店家自製醬汁與配料，並以自製甜點與當地水果作結。以20+ course menu而言相當物超所值。並可選配6杯清酒sake pairing或其他酒類一同品嚐餐點。

一次最多接待7位客人，建議早點抵達，選擇坐在前面1~3個位置，能近距離欣賞廚師用心料理的過程，如果有不能吃的食材提早告知也可以客製化，建議客製化的內容讓客人選擇，例如不能吃甲殼類等等，可以更換成伊比利豬或生魚片，不得不誇獎所有餐點擺設都很用心，連筷子都好好用，期待融入更多澎湖在地元素。

一個不錯的用餐體驗，食物方面都好滿意，只有一個問題就是師父有咳嗽時應該要停一停去處理，不應該一邊做食物一邊咳，雖然師父有戴口罩，但是不夠衛生。

CP非常高！連對海鮮挑嘴的澎湖人吃完都覺得很推薦！食材用料很新鮮、烹煮方式也很多元，菜單每天都不相同，下次一定還會再訪！店員跟老闆都很親切，主動詢問或聊天不會冷漠的回應！超讚！

非常好的一頓晚餐，享用了澎湖和各地的鮮美海產食材，在不同料理手法中，呈現獨有風味組合，沒拍什麼照片，因為太好吃了只想趕快好好享用。
