    We’ve eaten at a lot of fabulous steak restaurants all over the world and this did not disappoint!! The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. Their wine list is so extensive! They made our anniversary and birthday so special. The manager was attentive and thoughtful! I highly recommend this restaurant.. highly!!! We had crab cakes, oysters, the A5 wagu on the salt, crab/bernaise, au gratin potatoes and cheesecake!!

    Celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday there. Service, food, and drinks were amazing. The manager was so sweet to our daughter and our waiter, Daniel was amazing.

    Food and service was absolute perfection. Could not have asked for better. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was packed (early holiday celebrations maybe?) but we were served very timely and I don’t feel that even with the crowds, we waited one moment longer than necessary.

    We ordered a 31/2 lb. Lobster each, and I was told that they do the work and remove the lobster from the shell. When it arrived- I was missing half the lobster and missing an entire claw! Honestly, I’ve had more lobster in a lobster roll ! For $140- such a rip off. Won’t be going back.

    Still our favorite Steakhouse! We like to sit in the bar before dinner and enjoy a vodka martini. Becca always takes care of us, and she is absolutely awesome. The food is always cooked perfectly and is delicious. Service is fantastic - our server was Alex, and he was a gem. Their steak prices have gone up... like everything else. We were celebrating a birthday and received a piece of cheesecake on the house. It was the largest slice of cheesecake we've ever seen!

    This is the very model of how a high end restaurant needs to be run. Consistently excellent food with flawless and personable service. David was superb, steaks cooked perfectly. What more could we ask for?

    One of my favorite steakhouses. The food is always excellent and the service is top notch. The only downside is that the restaurant is relatively crowded with the tables pretty close together, which contributes to the higher ambient noise level (although it's still at a level that you can hear your party members). I would also try to avoid being seated near the restrooms - it tends to be a pretty busy intersection that is very distracting with both patrons and staff always passing through the area.

    The vibe and service was nice. Celebrated our anniversary and without asking they seated us in a quiet area which was really thoughtful. Ordered the prime rib and asked for medium rare but received it rare. Husband ordered rare and mine still looked like it had a whole lot more pink. I didn’t complain, just ate the steak disappointingly.

    Pappas does it right. The steaks are cooked to perfection and are top quality. Sides are enormous but for 2+ people, servers tell you that so there is no surprise. Overall excellent.

    Wonderful dinner. Everyone at PBSH treats each customer with respect and truly welcomes them. Everyone who works there is so skilled. Our meals were delicious. I always get the lamb chops. They are the best. My dining companions had beef steaks. Perfectly prepared. Each time I come to Houston I always make one night a treat and go to PBSH.
