Emily was amazing! I’ve been to Capital Grille a few times before but she made it my best experience to date. She was attentive, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We will certainly go back soon and ask for Emily.

They ran out of tuna, the tan out of anchovies, the Cesar salad was terrible. My steak was so under cooked I cook barely eat it. I don’t like sending meat back. The waiter was not very attentive.

This was our first visit to the Capital Grille. Everything was perfect and so elegant. Our server was so accommodating and knowledgeable about both the wine and dinner menus. Although there were quite a few full tables, there seemed to be no noise!! We’ll be back!

Our waiter paid very little attention to us. Water glasses left empty, 2 petit filets ordered medium - one came medium rare and the other rare. He didn't stop by to check on the food so I couldn't ask for my food to be cooked to my preference. My boyfriend said he did not want a dessert and the waiter was pushing it on him fairly forcefully. Finally I said I made him a birthday cake at home. He said he does not want dessert here and the waiter said ok. He proceedee to bring out a dessert plate that said "happy birthday" which was a kind gesture, I'll admit until we received our check and he charged us for the dessert. Would not recommend. They clearly only pay attention to your table when they feel like it.

I went to Capital Grille for my one-year wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious but my favorite part was the service. Madeline was exceptional, and really attentive to our table. Our dessert also came with a surprise Happy anniversary message which was very kind and thoughtful. We think that Capital Grille may be our new anniversary tradition.

The Capital Grille was wonderful as always. Lana, our waitress, and her helper, couldn't have been more accommodating. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, one medium and one rare. The team really made our evening delightful and we will miss Lana when she moves to Jacksonville. We may have to pay her a visit at her new Capital Grille when we are in Florida

Overall a good experience but a little loud My medium plus NY Strip came out medium with a red center and had to be sent back. It returned better cooked but the steak lost something in the reheating. I had the same order last week an the medium plus came out perfectly with a pink center.

Emily, our waitress did an outstanding job. First explaining the details of the menu then carefully guiding us through our generous pour wine tasting. She has a very keen eye for details and quietly swept in when it was time for more wine, more food or just a few back story details on what was ahead. Our party of 4 was so impressed with Emily and the entire Capital Grille staff. Can’t wait for return visit

Our server became increasingly forgetful, negligent and rude as the evening went on. I had to her up to get my own water and continuously ask for water our server forgot one of our orders and did not pour a wine and argued that she did. For a restaurant of this caliber, it did not deliver in service. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this server and it’s a pattern not a bad night at this point. She seems like she is on something and fades at the end of the evening. It’s hard to believe she is still there.
