Located inside InterContinental Kaohsiung, Zhan Lu Chinese Restaurant extends the hotel’s ocean-inspired design concept. Drawing from the shimmer and texture of underwater coral reefs, the space blends soft, modern lighting with natural stone aesthetics, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated dining environment reminiscent of coastal landscapes.
Helmed by the hotel’s Chinese Head Chef, Zhan Lu celebrates the essence of Greater Chinese cuisine, masterfully blending the culinary traditions of Cantonese, Shanghainese, and Sichuan cuisines. The chef elevates time-honored flavors through creative techniques and premium local ingredients, presenting a multi-sensory journey that delights the eyes, nose, and palate.

🍽 Signature Dish｜Zhan Lu Roasted Duck
A must-try at Zhan Lu, the signature Roasted Duck features premium cherry duck from Pingtung, Taiwan. It is marinated for two days in a secret house blend, glazed with pure maltose, air-dried for 12 hours, and chilled for another 4 before being slow-roasted in a traditional Cantonese hanging oven. The result is a perfectly crispy skin with tender, flavorful meat.
Served with our exclusive osmanthus dipping sauce, the flavors are layered, elegant, and deeply memorable.

    服務人員非常的體貼，隨時注意客人的用餐情況，非常即時的倒茶，點了商業午餐，餐點精緻，雞湯跟杏仁湯都很好喝！沒有任何一道踩雷！非常推薦的餐廳！尤其是餐盤的美感，瞬間把氣質拉滿。
