京都と名前が付いていたので、日本風の鉄板焼かと思っていたが、全く違った。次から次に料理を提供されて、食べる頃には、その料理が冷めてるという状況。日本での鉄板焼は、客の食べるスピードに合わせて、料理を提供します。日本の鉄板焼のサービスとは、全く違います。着席から会計まで1時間。今まで経験したことの無い、忙しさでした。私は京都在住の日本人ですが、本当に残念でお店でした。ただ食材は、良いものを使っていたので、美味しかったです。値段を考えたら、当たり前だと思います。

Great foods but the services were very slow . All the staff were kind but there not enough of them to serve the customers as needed. For example, we had to ask them to take our drink orders after waiting for 10 minutes. We also had to walk to the cashier to pay before someone bring the check to us or lacking.

The restaurant is located at a basement, so there’s no vehicle noises and pedestrians from the road. The food is excellent. Most of materials were cooked right in front of you (teppanyaki, of course). If you are not full, chief will make a fried rice for free. Waiters and waitresses are a bit too busy, need to get their attention when I need something.
