Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    A must when we come to Vegas! Service is amazing. It’s a pricey restaurant but the ambience and service match the prices. Elegant, and delish!

    We always have a great dining experience at Delmonico. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. This past weekend, we were celebrating my Mom's 89th birthday. The staff went above and beyond. When we arrived, they gave her a birthday card thanking her for celebrating her birthday with them. She enjoyed the French Onion Soup and the Sea Bass for her entree. For dessert, they presented her with a complementary banana sorbet with chocolate wafer, complete with birthday candle. She said, "They threw me such a nice birthday party!" Despite saying she wasn't hungry, she devoured everything that was put in front of her. She even enjoyed two of the popovers that came as the bread service. My husband and I each ordered the NY Steak with the sauteed mushrooms and baked potato sides. The baked potato could have fed a family of four! One of the ranchers that raised the beef (from Creekstone Farms) happened to be dining at the table next to us and heard my husband raving about the beef. After dinner, he came to our table to tell us who he was and shook his hand. Another memorable meal at Delmonico. This is our favorite Steakhouse when we stay at the Venetian/Palazzo. Cut and Smith & Wollensky are also good, but the service here is what sets Delmonico apart.

    I ate at Delmonico’s about 20 years ago and remembered it as one of my favorite dining experiences of my life. My wife and I went after our wedding yesterday and the quality remains excellent. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything. Incredible! It’s a very calming restaurant. Even when people are chatting it’s nice and quiet. We had a super long day, were completely exhausted and felt so relaxed and taken care of by the staff. The steak and sides were excellent, the banana sorbet was to die for. Don’t miss the lobster bisque. It was like a bowl of love! I have a food allergy and the staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for everything Delmonico’s staff!
