My original reservation was for 8, I wrapped up my day early and called to ask if I could move it up an hour. The gentleman on the phone said, absolutely, I'll go the bar know now. Our server (Lindsay, I believe) was wonderful. The live music was great!!! Can't wait to come back to conference next and visit Mastros again.

We will not go to Mastro's again. The cost was more than double what we pay at other nice steakhouses. Our server looked at one of the steaks we ordered medium rare and questioned our desire to send it back as it was closer to medium well. The other steak at our table cooked medium rare was perfect and looked totally different so this was clearly not a situation where the diner was being picky. I think with the expense of the food, it should be cooked as ordered, at least the steak. Eventually, a new steak was brought out to replace it but was grisly and disappointing.

Always beautifully prepared and presented. Excellent service from Cece. NY steak and ribeye were delicious. Shrimp cocktail as always perfect texture with 4 large shrimp. Enjoyed everything!

Server was fantastic. The food was good (as expected). They were clearly short staffed, but still did a good job. The butter cake was disappointing-maybe it’s because I’m from Tampa, but it was hard, I was expecting soft decadence.

Our server Lindsey was so attentive and added so much to our experience. The food was spectacular. We started with a Mamba Salad then had the salmon and halibut both blackened. All of it wonderful. Sides were asparagus and Mac and cheese. Finished it off with Butter Cake of course. Always a good meal and amazing service.

Dinner was wonderful. From the appetizer- shrimp cocktail to the Mastros Salad, and then the Chilean Sea-bass. Sides of Lobster Mac & Cheese, cream corn and mushrooms. The finale- pineapple upside down cake - delicious!!

We dine here fairly often. This time we were served our filets well done when they were ordered medium-rare plus.....twice! They did comp us a drink each, but not the steaks. We ended up eating well done meat and neither of us enjoyed our dinners. We should have just sent them back again. The server knew the steaks were not prepared correctly and brought the manager to the table. Originally he said he would comp one of our steaks so we kept them. He then came back and said he could not comp a steak but rather took off our two drinks. He then stated that he would make a note in our profile as to how we like our steaks for the kitchen. I'm not sure how this will help since we ordered them how we like them med-rare +. Such a disappointment.

We had another great evening at Maestro’s last night! Taylor was our server and she always makes sure that we are well taken care of. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it’s always a great spot for a special occasion. The lounge singer is especially talented, too.

Overall not very impressive. Way way too noisy! Went here for a Very Special Anniversary dinner and couldn’t even have a conversation with my lady. Server was very hard to hear as well. We both felt like we were in a sports bar on a Friday night. The wait staff was well dressed and very pleasant and professional. Food was nothing special for the price $$$$. Not returning or recommending. Two Stars!

From the moment you walk in the door, the hostess makes you feel like your home. Taken to the table, meet the servers, who all very professional and happy to meet all your food needs and answer all the questions. We were there for a !^th birthday celebration and it was a great celebration.

My Wife and I celebrated our anniversary. We had heard lots of great things about Mastro’s Steakhouse, we decided to try it out ourselves. We were NOT disappointed one bit. The service, the Food, the ambiance was incredible. This will be our new Steak house for celebrations.

Absolutely amazing, as always! We come here for our anniversary every year and birthdays too! Rebecca was our server and she was phenomenal! She makes everything super special and she has such a positive upbeat attitude and makes sure everything is perfect.

Steak was amazing - cooked perfectly, bread amazing, twice baked potato was eh, the caprese and burrata lacked seasoning. Service was great, it was really loud. Other than that it was what you expect from a higher end steakhouse. Oh the valet took all the close spots but it was not a busy night and we clearly could have parked there

We love eating in the lounge. The atmosphere is cozy and the music always great. Taylor and Lindsey always take such great care of us. The service is second to none. We love the Chopped salad, Porterhouse Steak and the garlic mashed are a perfect accompaniment. The crust on the key lime pie is to die for. Mike the GM is awesome. He runs a tight ship and always makes sure everything is perfect!
