Our restaurant is located on the second floor of Copley Place, near Saks Fifth Men's Store. We know shopping includes hunger - and Legal Sea Foods reels in those who want to splash down for a meal or grab-and-go. A good experience. Food was a bit below what it was under the previous ownership bet still okay. Service was excellent. Ambience and experience in general was very good.

I’ve eaten a lot of great scallops, and they are my favorite seafood, and when prepared correctly they are delicious! However, I have to say the ones served at Legal Sea Foods at Copley Place, were the worst I’ve ever eaten! They were very small, over cooked, dry, rubbery and tasteless. Sadly, when I inquired about scallops, the waiter recommended them, along with two sides, which I chose the sautéed mushrooms and yellow curry veggies both of which were also dry and tasteless. I have paid much less for LARGE, juicy, flavorful scallops in the past and was very disappointed and won’t be back again!

My scallops and corn entree arrived lukewarm, and the scallops were slightly overcooked.

Absolutely awful. I was violently sick after eating at Legal seafood comply. I called and informed them. Do not eat here!!!

I had made a note in my research that we were celebrating an anniversary and yet nothing was done. Also, I made the reservation through open table, confirmed through open table and yet the restaurant still called the day of to ask for confirmation

We had an array of meals. The calamari was very good and the crab cake appetizer was amazing. The lobster bisque and clam chowder was average while the stuffed twin lobster tales were very good and the mussels were very good. Environment is a corporate feel which was fine. I would go again, they do lobster right!
